Simply excellent. All of the staff were so friendly and efficient whether visiting the office in Honiton or when phoning. Manager Joe was so positive, knowledgeable and pro-active. The marketing was impeccable and undoubtably led to the quick sale and at a top price. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and overall could not be more pleased. Could not recommend them more highly - in fact have recommended them to a neighbour who is also looking to sell!

Bradley's, Honiton have been nothing but wonderful in the sale of my elderly mother's bungalow. With my father dying recently, we needed an agent that would be fully acting in mum's best interest, of which they did. Everyone at Bradley’s were absolutely fab through our house sale and purchase journey. This was our first sale and the process didn’t go as smoothly as hoped, but the whole time the team, especially Vicki, were supportive and always at the end of the phone. The team at Bradley’s Honiton were absolutely incredible during our recent sale and purchase. It was a particularly difficult one, the sale being a grade 2 listed building and a family home of 31 years. I've been looking for a bungalow for my mother, I signed up with all the agencies in Honiton, I have to say I am really impressed with the staff and in particular Rebecca who always kept me informed of what was coming on the market. They showed us several properties and really seemed to be on the ball. The other agencies, other than a couple of pictures when I first signed up, honestly I didn't hear back from them. just a big well done to them, really good honest on the ball company that out shines the competition.

Outstanding!! From start to finish the team at Bradleys have gone above and beyond. There is always a friendly, helpful person at the end of the phone to answer any queries. The whole team work wonderfully well together and whoever I spoke to was familiar with our property and the stage of the process we were at. The experience of working with Joe and the team in Honiton for the sale of my property was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them. I want to say a huge thank you to Joe and the team at Bradley’s in Honiton, you have made the sale of my property simple and stress free. Joe is a fantastic Sales Guy, very charming but kind, funny and boy, does he know his stuff - when I first met him, after a few minutes I knew I would be using Bradley’s to market the property - he looks like an estate agent (not we should hold this against him) but his knowledge of the market and local area is second to none. I was very impressed and was especially blown away when we agreed the marketing price at the same level without discussion. Becki, Vicki and the rest of the team in Honiton are great support to Joe and offer excellent customer service, easy to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and like I said made the whole process of selling a property easy. Started off really well with our viewing, carried out by agent. Very knowledgeable about the area, the property etc. and answered questions we had. Sale process went through smoothly, resulting in us not particularly hearing from Bradley’s until completion, unless we contacted them. However, upon completion we were given the wrong property’s keys to our new home which was rectified a few days later and also found out that although our property was not marketed with parking, we had been told by numerous different members of staff in the Estate Agents on multiple times that there was village parking available, only to discover this was not the case and we now have nowhere to park our vehicles, leaving us in quite a mess. The parish council have shown us proof that they contacted Bradley’s on numerous occasions to say that parking was not available but not once have the agents come forward to speak to us about it.

Bradley’s were so amazing at assisting us on purchasing our first new home. They have been very professional, supportive, helpful and caring during the last 16 weeks. Nothing was ever too much for us to ask from them. When we first started viewing properties we visited all the local estate agents in Honiton and found them to be very unprofessional and unhelpful. They were not friendly and found they just cared about selling the house as soon as possible compared to the service at Bradley’s where they allowed us to re-view the property and ask lots of questions. I have no complaints or concerns about any staff within Bradley’s and have found them all extremely supportive. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an estate agent to sell there property or if people are wanting to buy like us to go and visit them in store so they can also provide you with the amazing service we where given.
