Micheals property in Colchester have been superb from day one right through to exchange. I cannot praise them enough. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and they go the extra mile. No issue was too difficult for them to sort. Special mention to Jo ( sales progressor) if she is working on your transaction , you have little to worry about. A credit to the company. The original sales listing of property including the photographs and narrative( Welldone Cameron) was head and shoulders above anything i have seen and sold the property in less than 24hrs.

Michael's took on my mum's house at probably the worst time to sell a house in the last 20 years. They did it with fortitude, patience and perseverance. In fact it was their skills in saying 'if you liked that house can we show you another we think you'll also really like', that got us the sale. In these days of Zoopla and Rightmove I know people question the value of estate agents, but Michaels's earned every penny of this commission. Thoroughly recommend, and will use them when we sell our house. Thank you to the Michael's Braintree team, you did a super job

I sold my house using Michaels, it was the first time I’d ever sold a house so I was completely lost at to where to even start. I had seen how professional the staff were when selling other properties on my estate, and when I spoke to my neighbours about them I was only told positive stories.On making the enquiry about selling my house, they were professional with me and came out to value my house. The valuation was realistic and when I agreed the T&Cs which were competitive the house was listed. The photographs made my house look excellent, did I really want to sell on seeing them!! lol I had numerous viewings arranged over a weekend, the first couple that viewed it offered and Michaels worked hard on my behalf to maximise my best sale price. The sale progressed quickly and as promised, I was kept updated regularly and helped where needed at every stage.I won’t use another Estate agent after this experience! Can’t recommend highly enough!!

I had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Aaron, but I cannot miss out Stephen and Charlotte. The service and patience they all showed over the past 7 months has been phenomenal. Through no fault of theirs the length of time to exchange has tested all of our patience but they guided us amazingly well. I simply cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The best Estate Agents I have dealt with in many a year.

Very unprofessional, They lie. They say they are not a stereo typical estate agent, but what they really mean is that they practice the very worst attributes of the worst estate agent by lying. Truly awful company. From experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

From the very start i found Michaels to be professional and approachable, Allan,Carla and Lee handled the sale with a lot of sensitivity due to my mum being 90 years old and for obvious reasons found the process very stressful. Would have no issue in recommending Michaels and indeed are using them again in the sale of my own property. Well done!

Unfortunately cannot say I recommend this company. Their approach was rather lazy and slow especially when it came to arranging repairs for the rental property. We had to chase a lot and it took 3 months for them to arrange for the flushing to be fixed. Not to mention that we were told it was ok for us to get a dog upon viewing, before we signed the contract and then told us it is not a pet friendly property (This was later on allowed only with a rent increase).At the start of our tenancy we have reported the state of the oven which was terrible and were informed it won't be cleaned, however we will be expected to return it up to the standard it was left in. Then they attempted to charge me for oven cleaning. Cannot recall a single time when I did not have to chase them and staff sound as if you're annoying them whenever you speak to them apart from Samuel who seemed nice.

Putting my house with Michael's estate agents was the best thing I have ever done.they are very professional in every way .the photos were excellent .and most of all they always gave me a weekly update .which made me feel more relaxed knowing they were there .I would definitely use them again if needed.

Extremely unprofessional consultants, I was dealt with by Samuel Francis who was telling what he thought I should be spending money on because I asked if a landlord would supply white goods. His response well you budget is xx so surely you could buy it yourself. I would definitely not use any company that feels they can have such unprofessional correspondence.
