I recently used Michaels to sell my house and I cannot fault the entire experience. From the start, Cameron came round to value the house and straight away I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and felt confident I was in capable hands. They sold my house within 16 days! Lee was consistently giving me updates on how the viewings were going and once it was sold Jo gave me a call once a week to update me on how things were progressing. Michaels Estate Agent have always been friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I need to write positively about my experience with Michaels and especially Kyle Hockley. I have 3 rental properties and have used various agents over the years woth mixed experiences but I would only now use Michaels going forward. Kyle was professional, accurately priced my properties and got the asking price all within a week of being advertised. Kyle also takes very good photos!

Me and my partner have just began renting a property through Michaels and they have been professional and brilliant throughout! We have had negative experiences with other estate agents in the area - we felt other agencies in the area lacked communication and did not take us seriously, but Michael’s were fabulous throughout. We went in to request a viewing and 2 weeks later, we moved into the property! A special shout out goes to Kyle - he was so professional and helpful throughout, answering any questions we had and was readily available when we needed him. I genuinely cannot recommend Michael’s enough - they were perfect from start to finish and have been so helpful.

Not naming or shaming as not my style, but we were initially with another estate agent. Ok it was the school holidays and we did not have much interest when we first put it on the market. I get that. But there was no communication, no help and to be honest very stressful. When we took on Michael’s , immediately they were so friendly , kept us updated did all the hard work getting interest through the doors and we sold it more or less straight away. Well done Ollie for that and helping us throughout with yours and Lees help , it was stress free and would highly recommend them. Wish we had gone with you in the first place. Only reason was that particular estate agent was up the road from us, but they def need to be retrained to Michaels high standards. Then once sold Jo took on all the rest. And once again stress free, helpful polite and communication spot on. Thank you.ok gonna be honest there was a few hiccups on the way , but none that was your fault. Michaels have been exceptional from the very first time we contacted them to completion. Max visited us for a valuation and explained the whole process with kindness, patience and professionalism. Michaels had our property sold to our first viewers and the whole process only took three months. Their photos and description of the property are superb. When phoning the Colchester branch I was always left satisfied with the responses from them, if it was something that needed resolving it was dealt with swiftly and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis.
