After living in the same property for 67 years I decided to sell. All Donald Ross staff gave me excellent customer service, from the valuation carried out on 20th March, and an offer accepted on 9th April. I would gladly recommend them.

Wow, what an experience. Before Fraser arrived at our home to start the process, we were anxious, however Fraser instantly put us at ease. Understanding that this was a home we had put ally of work into and had a long standing emotional connection too, he spoke of all the features that made this house our home. After deciding it was time to continue with the process and put our property on the market, we were delighted to work with Maureen.Maureen is such a positive energy, she made sure we were kept up to date with every step of the process. Despite our house being sold in a very short period of time, Maureen kept it as stress free as possible ensuring we were comfortable and supported when accepting an offer. We have worked Donald Ross in the past to sell and buy a home, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Hopefully our next move will be our forever home, but if not we know where we will go to help us in the next great adventure.

We recently bought a house through Donald Ross. The service was so good that we used them to sell our house too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and most importantly super competent. They answered the phone promptly every time, even on a Saturday when other estate agents weren't working. The staff were enthusiastic and accomodating. We felt confident all the way through the process that we were in safe hands. This is the 4th house that I've bought and sold: and Donald Ross were hands down the best estate agent that we've ever used. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Special thanks to Gavin Urquhart who went above and beyond for us. He worked tirelessly to help us secure our dream house and then sell our current property. Gavin really helped to make something that is usually very stressful; extremely straight forward and simple. Nothing was ever a problem for him and we really felt that he cared about the outcome. I would 100% recommend Donald Ross Residential.

Decided on Donald Ross after meeting with a few estate agents. Gavin Urquhart is a great first point of contact and is very knowledgeable about the valuation of your property and understands the local market. Few estate agents were tens of thousands out price wise from the final valuation by the surveyor.We did have a few revisions of the property schedule due to spelling mistakes and incomplete sentences but these were rectified as was the omission of a cupboard in the floorplan.We carried out the viewings. We were contacted via emails with appointment days and times and by phone when the Offer was received. Pleasant helpful staff.Would use them again and recommend them too.

Everything about this experience of selling our home was excellent. We saw a few estate agents but Fraser easily convinced that we could expect the most professional service from Donald Ross. The listing went live late on a Friday afternoon and we had a great offer that we accepted less than 48 hours later. Nicola and Maureen were great and it was good to have staff around over the weekend. Maureen was superlative. She seemed to have a great relationship with viewers before they arrived here and was a source of calm, authoritative guidance through the whole process. Highly recommended

I recently used Gavin and the team at Donald Ross for the sale of my house and it was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. Each and every member of the team that I dealt with were fantastic. It felt like they all knew my property and were committed to achieving the best price. The 7 day a week working that they offer was great as I received viewing requests on a Sunday after my house going on the market on the Saturday. To have it sold by the following Thursday was brilliant and really took the pressure off. I would not hesitate in going back to Donald Ross in the future.

His valuation was spot on.From instructing Donald Ross to market our home, the speed of their organisation of the Home Report and the Brochure was impressive. They understood the urgency of us requiring to have our home on the market as soon as possible, and they didn’t let us down. From the professional photographs to the quality of the brochure, the marketing of our home was first class.We were constantly kept up to date throughout the viewing process, receiving daily feedback from the viewers. Absolutely delighted with service from property valuation through to the sale of my property. Had a few valuations booked in but after meeting Gavin we knew we wanted to go with Donald Ross. He was very, friendly, professional and very honest about whole procedure and made us feel at ease. All viewings were made via email or via Tracey in the office which was really easy and were always kept well informed. The constant contact, friendliness and total professionalism from both Tracey and Gavin was completely faultless and we would highly recommend Donald Ross to sell your house.We also ended up buying a house which was also marketed by Donald Ross and in this current market we viewed a lot of houses and dealt with a lot of estate agents and can honestly say Donald Ross was definitely the Best

GoogleEmailed about a viewing for a property. They got back to me to say sellers were doing their own viewing . No one got back to me so I emailed again . I then called them to get told it was only weekend viewings and that was it . I said that I work weekends and said that's when viewings were . What has happened to people selling houses arranging viewing when suits buyer

Like most people I usually only write reviews to make a complaint heard. Not this time! Having previously sold a house a few years ago and dealing with - what can only be described as a sleazy ex car salesman for an estate agent. I wanted to make sure this time, I made the right choice.I really liked Donald Ross from my first interaction. I met with Fiona Hunter, and assumed as they were a larger company, I'd be dealing with different people all the time, and once my signature was on the dotted line, I wouldn't hear much from them until I chased. Fiona was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and had me laughing on each conversation. Although my house sold quickly, Fiona went the extra mile making sure I was kept informed throughout the process, updates landed with me before I needed to ask, from arrange the photographer to writing up an impressive property schedule and even keeping me informed of when someone would be out with a For Sale sign. I could not fault Fiona, she clearly has a passion for her job and genuinely cared about making sure I made the right decision with the right offer. Fantastic smooth and professional service. From our initial meeting with Gavin Urquhart for a home valuation, through the photography and marketing process, the appointments and viewings resulting in a super quick sale, every step of the process was handled extremely professionally and with the least stress for us. We can’t recommend this company enough. Gavin instantly made us feel at ease. He was very reassuring and took the time to explain everything really clearly without putting us under any pressure. Even after the several months we took to make the decision to sell, he clearly remembered all the details of our house and of our situation. Phil the photographer made our wee house look it’s absolute best and was a complete pro. Nicola, Tracey and Maureen were fantastic in handling all our appointments, providing regular feedback from viewings and managing the offers at closing date to make the end result of the sale really easy for us. We got the impression that this is a very trustworthy group of individuals who work really really hard to take care of of every last detail. Nothing was too much trouble. And all this in the middle of a global pandemic and under difficult working conditions for all.Thank you to each of you for all your help, much appreciated.
