I just wanted to express my appreciation and sincere thanks for everything that Fraser, Maureen and the team at Donald Ross did with regard to the sale of my house. From Fraser's initial visit and guidance throughout the preparations before launching the property, to Maureen's organisation and support at the time of the viewings, the closing date and up to completion, the whole experience was outstanding. I could not recommend Donald Ross highly enough.

Great experience from the outset, from the Valuation by Tracey, who listened and understood our circumstances. She took plenty of time to fully explain Donald Ross's process, organising the Photographer & arranging the Home Report etc.... all of which were actioned in a matter of days. Immediately after the schedule was approved and going live online, bookings for viewings were arranged at a time which suited us. We had the option for them to carry out viewings for a small fee but opted to do the viewings ourself and they went brilliantly. Feedback from the team was received promptly and every member of the team we interacted with were fully up to speed and able to answer any questions we asked about our sale & offers.A truly professional, confident team who helped get our house sold in less than a week. We will definitely keep in mind if we ever choose to move in the future.We would highly recommend the Ayr/Irvine Team to anyone who is looking for a first class local Agency to sell their property - they will be in very capable hands.

Very professional service and could not fault it. From customer services to sale was an all round positive experience. Helen in customer services responded to every question promptly and made me feel comfortable at all stages of the selling process. The photographer was really good and the pics made the house look amazing. The house was on the market for a week, 2 viewing slots over 2 days and sale executed by end of it by Claire. Claire was brilliant dealing with prospective buyers and was very informative, pleasant and great at her job. We viewed a house on a Sunday, a week ago, & were shown around the property by Claire from Donald Ross. We have to say how lovely Claire was, with our endless questions being answered with honesty, & patience ! We were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted by the seller, & we want to thank Claire for turning out on a Sunday, to do viewings. Have recently sold with Donald Ross and was impressed with the staff and service from the beginning. Tracey was very ambitious about what sales figure could be achieved from the property and we were well advised as to how to show our property off in the best light. Both Tracey and Claire helped us with viewings and we were able to secure an offer within two weeks. All staff were very good to deal with on the phone and by email. Helen had a very reassuring manner in particular. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, what an experience. Before Fraser arrived at our home to start the process, we were anxious, however Fraser instantly put us at ease. Understanding that this was a home we had put ally of work into and had a long standing emotional connection too, he spoke of all the features that made this house our home. After deciding it was time to continue with the process and put our property on the market, we were delighted to work with Maureen.Maureen is such a positive energy, she made sure we were kept up to date with every step of the process. Despite our house being sold in a very short period of time, Maureen kept it as stress free as possible ensuring we were comfortable and supported when accepting an offer. We have worked Donald Ross in the past to sell and buy a home, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Hopefully our next move will be our forever home, but if not we know where we will go to help us in the next great adventure.

We recently bought a house through Donald Ross. The service was so good that we used them to sell our house too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and most importantly super competent. They answered the phone promptly every time, even on a Saturday when other estate agents weren't working. The staff were enthusiastic and accomodating. We felt confident all the way through the process that we were in safe hands. This is the 4th house that I've bought and sold: and Donald Ross were hands down the best estate agent that we've ever used. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Special thanks to Gavin Urquhart who went above and beyond for us. He worked tirelessly to help us secure our dream house and then sell our current property. Gavin really helped to make something that is usually very stressful; extremely straight forward and simple. Nothing was ever a problem for him and we really felt that he cared about the outcome. TrustpilotKnowledgeable of local market and very accurate idea of valuation where other estate agents were ten of thousands of pounds out.
Decided on Donald Ross after meeting with a few estate agents. Gavin Urquhart is a great first point of contact and is very knowledgeable about the valuation of your property and understands the local market. Few estate agents were tens of thousands out price wise from the final valuation by the surveyor.We did have a few revisions of the property schedule due to spelling mistakes and incomplete sentences but these were rectified as was the omission of a cupboard in the floorplan.We carried out the viewings. We were contacted via emails with appointment days and times and by phone when the Offer was received. Pleasant helpful staff.Would use them again and recommend them too.

Everything about this experience of selling our home was excellent. We saw a few estate agents but Fraser easily convinced that we could expect the most professional service from Donald Ross. The listing went live late on a Friday afternoon and we had a great offer that we accepted less than 48 hours later. Nicola and Maureen were great and it was good to have staff around over the weekend. Maureen was superlative. She seemed to have a great relationship with viewers before they arrived here and was a source of calm, authoritative guidance through the whole process. Highly recommended

I recently used Gavin and the team at Donald Ross for the sale of my house and it was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. Each and every member of the team that I dealt with were fantastic. It felt like they all knew my property and were committed to achieving the best price. The 7 day a week working that they offer was great as I received viewing requests on a Sunday after my house going on the market on the Saturday. To have it sold by the following Thursday was brilliant and really took the pressure off. I would not hesitate in going back to Donald Ross in the future.
