I have used Brian Holt in Earlsdon as my letting agent for many years now. I met 3 companies when making my choice. They were by far the most professional and delivered on their promises on the rental figure and tenants. My property has only been empty for 3 months. There is usually a choice of quality tenants. Any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible. Good range of contractors.

GoogleExcellent experience in every detail. Especially as this was a challenging sale. The team work together and are on top of the situation throughout the process and no matter the difficulties arising they were onto it before it could become an issue. I was fortunate to have Gabrielle as my lead negotiator, but any of the team will give you an equally bespoke service. Extremely experienced in the conveyancing process, Gabrielle ensured both parties solicitors got on with their tasks - without her constantly keeping them on track this process may have taken even longer. Gabrielle liased with banks, mortgage lenders, surveyors and both parties in a constant round to keep us fully informed and deal with all the small issues that can hold up the process. I originally used one of the cheaper online sales firms- big mistake - waste of money - worse-complete waste of time.

GoogleI have previously used Brian Holt to purchase 4 years ago which was a hassle free experience, however, on this occasion i am purchasing from them and the experience has been as near to perfect as you could get. Gabrielle at the Earlsdon office is one of the best Estate Agents i have ever dealt with. She is courteous, professional, friendly, timely and does exactly what she says she will do, just what you need from your estate agent when there are some rogues out there. There are no false promises or gimmicks she is a credit to the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian Holt to anyone selling or buying.

I choose Brian Holt as my selling agent because I already had a positive experience with their lettings department. From the outset Brian Holt sellings department were professional and a great customer service. Andy their senior sales negotiator was friendly and knowledgeable on how best to sell my property and he negotiated a selling price that I was happy with. During the sale itself I was constantly updated via emails or calls. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend Brian Holt to sell a house in the future.

Though it took a long time to make a sale that should have happened very quickly, we were victims of a string of unfortunate events all caused by 3 or 4 buyers whose decision-making was as logical as a hedgehog attempting to cross the M1 in rush hour. Though it had been very frustrating, annoying and irritating, the estate agents made the very best of the situation and got the result we were looking for in the end and were helpful and reassuring throughout and acted decisively and promptly each time a potential buyer let us down. Than you.

We are incredibly happy with the service we receive from Brian Holt, the team in Earlsdon are always friendly and approachable with any concerns we've had in the property we rent. Due to the both of us being graduates we have had experience with five different estate agencies and Brian Holt is hands down the best one. They contact us immediately with any corrospondence and obviously it varies based on your landlord but we were able to find a property that allowed pets so I could take my sixteen year old cat with me to our new home. It took over two years to find a property that would allow pets at all but to the team at Brian Holt and our landlord it was no bother at all. Highly recommended, currently we are saving for a mortgage and couldn't think of any other agency to go with.

They were extremely efficient in all areas, as well as being helpful and friendly. Ultimately, Brian Holt made what is a stressful experience as straightforward as possible. GoogleAlthough I didn't wind up using them again this time. Every interaction I have had with Brian Holt has been excellent. Having to use other estate agents has highlighted this. They are open about fees, prompt and communicate appropriately. Although I was disappointed to miss out on the property because the Landlord wanted a family in which I felt was a little unfair being a young professional, I can't fault BH for their service and quick communication. They are the only estate agents I think I could actually recommend.
