This review is probably more related to a landlord considering letting their property through this company. Very disappointed with recent communications and maintenance work carried out by someone contracted through Whiteknights with regards to a property I let. I have exchanged numerous emails in relation to the maintenance work but I’ve still no idea what exactly happened with the work carried out in September to an unsatisfactory standard - did your recommended handyman ever actually repair the work? It would also be helpful if you could make tenants aware of their responsibility to keep the property in good repair and make minor repair work to anything broken through their own use. I was also very confused as to why their managing director, Nigel, felt it was in any way appropriate to say “try not to get upset” in recent correspondence. That’s a highly unprofessional way to address a customer who is frustrated at sub par service with issues related to a tenant sourced by Whiteknights. I had previously experienced some good service from this company but that is easy to provide when things go smoothly, so it’s just a shame that when a problem arises and I require their expertise, that I am left feeling let down.

Very pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. Would give 0 stars if tehre was an option. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.

We experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Whiteknights, especially with the guarantee of Tom Fisher being involved in your sale!

Having worked for White Knights as a first job, they really are a very honest and consultative estate agency. With all of the stories you hear about "crooks" in the estate agency game, i'm pleased to say that having worked for this business for 18 months, White Knights estate agents genuinely offer a true and honest appraisal of the market and value of your property. I have nothing associated with this firm, and haven't done so for the past 14 years, but felt the need to promote this business having dealt with several poor and un-honest estate agents in London. Terrible. Far more interested in sending me properties they're struggling to sell than the one I actually requested. I tried to arrange a viewing for a property and heard nothing back for days. They signed me up to their mailing list without my permission and spammed me with inappropriate properties that didn't what I was looking for. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times but I'm still getting spammed by them

I'm afraid we didn't get on with this Letting agent, we've been letting our property for 15 years, but sadly didn't receive the service we expect from Whiteknights. To the extent that we lodged two official letters of complaint with them, but their response was unhelpful. To anyone else I would suggest using a letting agent that is ARLA registered.
