I had a house to let out and asked Winkworth to give me an appraisal for rentals. Fiona came that same day and told what needed to be done to achieve the best results. Within a week of the house being ready, she had viewings lined up and the house was rented out in within no time at all! She made sure i knew about the proposed tenants and managed all the admin for me - I live some distance away. April kept me informed at every stage. I did go to another agent close by, but they did not even bother to call me back! I am going to stick with Winkworth - they are easy to contact and the same people speak to me every time so they know what is going on - really professional.

I give Charles Lang 5 stars as an estate agent. I think he would be a credit to any estate agency he worked for. He is motivated not only by the thrill of the sale and the opportunity that brings for him personally but also by the idea he is selling homes, rather than just bricks and mortar. He was sensitive to our family situation and kept several different parties informed at the same time - which was no mean feat! When it came to the final stages involving an extended chain of properties he took the lead in the chasing solicitors, buyers and other estate agents to push the exchange over the line. He is highly motivated to make the sale but acts with a warmth and professionalism that builds trust. Thanks Charles,.

We let our house with Winkworth Ealing Common Estate Agents for 10 years and the team was absolutely fantastic,very professional,efficient,helpful and doing a great job.One point we also appreciate is that not speaking a really good english,they were really patient ,always answering to our questions and taking time to explain things and to be sure that we had understood everything.Any problem which can occur with tenancy was solved easily. Fiona is always there when you have got questions or a problem as well as April and Malgo.We really appreciate the great job they did and in 10 years we did not have to complain at all.As landlords we strongly recommand this agency and if we let our house again we will not hesitate and will go back there.

We stumbled across this property virutally at the last minute and Evelina was kind enough to meet us on site at very short notice. Briefly, we loved the property, made an offer and was successful. We were living overseas at the time and apart from our initial viewing all our correspondence was done via email. Evelina was great! Very professional and friendly. All my emails were answered promplty meaning we weren't left wondering what was going on. From viewing to completion was about 5 weeks so it all went very smoothly!

Great team! Last month we had to find a new place with our 5 month baby. At first shoot Júlia showed us the perfect place. They really care and pay attention to your needs, only in that way they can sort your search in such a very quick and professional way. Fiona was exceptional as well! Mina Olise has been managing my house in Ealing for many years and she is an absolute gem. Right from the day she took charge, I felt comfortable knowing that it was in good hands. Since I am overseas, Mina refurbished the whole property single-handedly, including the choice of flooring and fittings, also advising me on the costs. As a result I was able to charge a higher rent. On visiting the house I was enchanted with the results, not to mention meeting my very happy tenants. While Mina left the branch for a while, I missed her personal touch and was delighted when she came back. I can truly say that I can rely on her to look after my interest as if she were my own daughter. Winkworth Ealing have been my managing and letting agents for nearly 15 years, when I first had the pleasure of meeting Fiona. All other staff members are also great and always very helpful and efficient. Twice they have found me excellent tenants, without gaps in-between tenancies, and I am very happy with their excellent service. I highly recommend this branch.

Landlords and tenants BEWARE!! Winkworths is the epitome of why estate agents have a bad name. I lived in an apartment block fully owned by one guy and the whole block was managed by Wankworths (how I like to affectionately call them now) I’m surprised that they manage to even get out of bed without injuring themselves, never mind manage properties. Countless missed appointments, issues never addressed, work completed extremely badly after 8 months and 30 calls and emails to get anything done. When you do complain loud enough even the MD does not care, lies and basically just wants to get you off the phone so he can get back to mugging the next poor victim that walks through his shop door. They are ripoff merchants and thieves. Wankworths is actually a franchise so I cannot comment on the rest of the chain but if Ealing common is anything to go by then I would steer clear of ever using this absolute shower of S*ite. Their utter incompetence would actually be laughable if it wasn’t so annoying. They overcharge and under deliver in absolutely every area. If any landlord or tenant is even considering using this sorry excuse for an estate agent...STOP, there are plenty of others in the area that can actually do the job they're supposed to.
