GoogleI want to thank Emanuele Acierno for his great help. I faced a difficult situation when I urgently had to find a studio. He has been extremely helpful and has resolved my problem very quickly! It has been an unforgettable help! I am also grateful to Yasmin Gollagly who has also been extremely helpful and quick! I am moving to a new studio owing to these amazing people!

GoogleWhilst selling and/or buying a property is well known to be a very stressful process Nick, with support from Fiona and the team, did all they could to make the sale as painless as possible. He was always up beat, courteous, diligent and pushed the sale along where he could. I was kept up to date on progress in a timely way. Telephone calls were returned promptly. Overall a very professional service and a relatively smooth experience.

GoogleThe Winkworth staff were amazing, in particular Shabana and April! The process of finding somewhere to rent was smooth and felt like we were supported throughout the process. We were always kept up to date with referencing and the staff were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!

We dealt with a few agents in the area, Shabana was the most proactive and efficient. I would highly recommend speaking to Shabana if you are looking for a rental property in the area. We are very happy with the property!

Tenants: Julia makes sure she finds a property that matches you specification. GoogleI chose two agents to sell my house, Winkworth being one of them, and I recommend them completely. Zack Butterson achieved a fantastic price, (my neighbours are extremely envious), and Zack also managed to get me a good deal on the property I ended up buying. On top of all of this, Zack was attentive throughout and we got through whole process smoothly in what, at times, was quite a nerve racking experience. Thank you Winkworth

GoogleWhen moving in and out we always made sure we were quick in responding and that we had all bases covered. When we moved out, the landlady took time to get back to us and the agency suggested in a rude way that we should contact her ourselves when they were our point of contact. We cleaned the apartment better than how it was given to us, mind you we still had to clean the entire apartment when moving in, even after they'd supposedly done an extra cleaning due to the previous tenant leaving it terribly dirty. They did not clean it professionally, the lamp shades were super dusty, the stove has a thick black edge which we later realised wasn't stained silicone, it was grease! And upon moving out we had to pay for cleaning even though we left the place shining besides a little limescale in the toilet bowl. Everytime we called the manager April made us feel bad for calling, not asking how they could help or anything. All we got was "yes?" "Uh-huh?" "And?", making us feel like we shouldn't have called at all. Just because we were a young couple with a smaller financial budget than you might be used to it didn't give you the right to condescend to us and make us feel uncomfortable when we did everything by the books before, throughout and after we moved. Amy and Grace were however absolutely lovely to deal with and we wish that we could've dealt with them throughout the whole process instead, as they made us feel comfortable and cared about us as tenants and that the agreement for rental should protect both parts, not just the landlady.

She made all our troubles go away after sending us the perfect apartment to view. The whole process from from offer to move in was quick, smooth and easy. They were so helpful and kind.
