Mr. Casini vikram is a very kind and down to earth individual. Even though I was being a little bit different he found a way to calm me down. Rebecca Heslam at Stirling manages a number of properties for my Father and I. She is always pro-active and removes a lot of stress from our shoulders. She is forthcoming with any repairs, insurance claims or tenant issues. She always handles sensitive issues calmly and with experience. Thank you for all your help Rebecca and I would recommend Stirling to any other landlords as they have provided a first class service when managing our property portfolio. My only issue is getting hold of Rebecca over the phone as she is so busy!

The review is for Townends, which Stirling Ackroyd took over.After I moved out, 5 months passed and I am still unable to get my deposit. The level of engagement from the team was abysmal. I raised the dispute with the ADR and getting ready to take the matter to the court.An update as of May 2022After 6 long months I was able to get my deposit via the adjudicator at the Dispute service. Throughout the process Stirling Ackroyd never engaged with the adjudicator nor provided any evidences. I warn tenants to stay a as from this agency.

Moving to a new flat, you might have felt the same frustration I had while staring at the complicated boiling system wondering how’s the programming work, which valve should be opened which should remain intact…or browsing Amazon for hours to find that missing pole on the curtain bar to match the other one or get the bathroom fan fixed while it’s mounted inside the vent and the ceiling height’s 9.2ft etc…I was there not long ago when I first moved to my new flat and can’t say how appreciative I am for Ms Jessica Okonkwo’s welcoming support…Just saying if your property manager is Jessica, rest assured that your property's in capable professional hands.

Stirling Ackroyd were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful before I booked my Home Buyers Survey, and it was easy to arrange once I'd decided which survey best met my needs. The surveyor himself (Steve) produced a comprehensive report and took the trouble to ring me to talk through a couple of points too. Very impressed with the service and I would be happy to recommend SA.

the agent is extremely slow in responding messages and emails (wouldn't reply in days). are not helpful in solving customer's issues (e.g., move-in especially). the only time they responded quickly is when they want you to sign the lease, and then, they ghosted the customer.

Every year when it comes to getting my flat renewed Abhijit Gooptu from the Renewals Department does a fantastic job. I always know that I am in good hands as he is very organised and starts the ball rolling in plenty of time to ensure a smooth renewal. Trustpilot“Property Management”
We are tenants in a property “managed” by this agency. I have never seen any company (even outside property management) being so disorganised. They really excel in ignoring emails and are always ridiculously apologetic instead of doing the actual work. Some repairs had to be done in the flat which we requested and if we do not follow up on a daily basis we don’t even get a reply. Sometimes we get promises that something will be done on the next day and if we follow up on the next day we receive an out of office emails. However, they are very good in chasing us on things that are coming from the landlord. When a questionable rent increase was “offered” to us we were called multiple times and receive numerous email chasers. I would not recommend this agency to anyone including landlords if they do want to keep their tenants in the flat over a longer period.

Complete disaster. They chose bad tenants, then handled the tenancy so badly that they got their deposit back, with the property empty for nearly 2 months. They cannot communicate with clients, tenants or even with each other. They add lots of extra charges without telling you, they made mistakes in every contract they wrote for me. The quotes they get for jobs are always exorbitant. I told them 15 times about a mistake their automated system was making, and they did not correct it. They even transferred a deposit to the wrong people so they lost the deposit twice in 12 months. so bad you would think they it was a joke. The complaint system took ages, and the attitude was patronising too. Save yourself the hassle, and avoid Stirling Ackroyd at all costs. Terrible.

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and rude customer service provided by Stirling Ackcroyd. We rented for just under 2 years and they acted as our letting agents. We moved out of the property in January 2022 and are still waiting (3 months time) for them to release our deposit. We have tried to contact them by email 3 times with no reply and when we try to call they say they will call us back but to no avail. They are in serious need of some customer service training and I would strongly recommend not using them. S

My partner and I proposed an official offer for a rental property and were informed that the offer was accepted. Due to this, we cancelled any potential other properties. After this confirmation of our offer being accepted we were informed that Stirling Ackroyd had proposed an incorrect higher amount to the landlord of the property. We were then asked to propose a higher amount than our offer which we refused. Stirling Ackroyd would not take accountability of the situation and now we are left without a property. It is the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agency and advise anyone to be cautious or avoid this company.
