Our initial relationship with Stirling was a bit rocky as one of associates assigned to us wasn’t responsive to our email and required us constantly follow up with them.However, things turned around after Letizia Lupi took over as our property manager. She was a god sent and was highly accommodating of our requests when we had maintenance requests with a new born.I’d have given a 5 star if only we got Letizia as our property manager from the beginning.Highly recommend her!Thank you!

So I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I simply had to. The service that I have received from Isabella Vincent-Moscrop at the nine elms branch at Stirling Ackroyd has been above and beyond anything that we could have wished for. My wife and I initially put an offer in on a property and whilst we were close we narrowly missed out due to furniture which was disappointing but fair! Normally that would be that, However a similar property came up and Isabella remembered us and opted to give us the opportunity to view it immediately which resulted in us securing a property that as it turns out is better suited to our family.Anyone will tell you that moving/renting is stressful at the best of times, so to have an agency/agent that you trust, one that prices their properties fairly and offers and communicates well (good or bad news) well that makes this process a whole lot smoother. I have my own recruitment firm and know the bad rep that both recruiters and estate agents get, so it is refreshing when you find an agency and agent that do it properly. Thank you for everything Isabella you have been amazing.

I am very pleased with Stirling Ackroyd estate agents as they found a new tenant for me as soon as the previous tenant gave a notice to end the contract . The whole process was smooth and with out any hassles .I was especially impressed with Miss Victoria Aderibigbe who was so sincere ,polite and always ready to help to her utmost . One of the worst estate agents we have rented through. We were first managed by Red Bear Property Management who were then taken over by Stirling Ackroyd. When we first viewed the property at Madison Heights, South Wimbledon the agent told us the scaffolding would be down by the end of February 2022. We took the tenancy on in presumption of this. This was not the case and the builders were actually building another floor on the existing building. The agent did not say a single word about this when we first viewed the property. For our whole tenancy (12 months) we were living on a building site. For about 2.5 months of this, there was blue film all on our windows and we had leaks in our balcony. We moved into the property without it being professionally cleaned and it was left in a disgusting state by previous tenant. Don’t know how we were allowed to move in. Took almost 2 weeks to get our deposit back from the agent who then deducted £58 to change an oven lightbulb. Slow communication from agents. Definitely won’t be renting through them again.

As a first time buyer who didn’t know anything about the process, I had a perception that it would be extremely long and stressful. My experience was the total opposite. Joanna (Jo) and Victor from the outset were absolutely amazing! I remember viewing the property with Jo and the discussions we had about how much potential the property has in comparison to what it is now. The level of education I received around the entire buying a property process was very helpful, and allowed me to stay abreast of what I had to do and what to expect. We built a professional rapport, their communication skills were excellent from the outset, the time in which it took for Jo and Victor to respond to my queries was quick. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using their service again in the near future!

I have had a lot of bad experiences with estate agents in the past (generally with them talking down to me & making up BS just to get you to work with them) I have had a pretty traumatic couple of years with an abusive husband & Dan really put me at ease & spoke to me like I was actually human. He was very down to earth & gave me honest advice & help on my situation. He was not pushy in any way & I felt like he actually wanted to help (rather that just get a quick commission).

TrustpilotLong term tenant - Service so poor it led to me leaving the country
I rented the same property through Stirling Ackroyd for 9 years. The first 7 - 8 years were fine, the odd minor issue but all dealt with. In the last 9 - 12 months the customer/ tenant services was appalling. Stirling Ackroyd left a message on the wrong number (mine) and that’s how I found out the property I had been renting for around 8 years was being sold. No apology for the way I found out4 months later I got a call saying the property was sold as of that week and that the landlord was happy to keep the rate as it was for another year. Was rushed to sign the contract, which I did, just for it to then be voided and changed to a 6 month contract as the new landlord wanted to increase the rate. Understandable from their side, terrible communication from Stirling AckroydRequested a 1 month extension which was approved but only if I agreed to paying more for the last 3 months of the existing contract too. This was communicated on the 2nd of Aug and was meant to kick in on the 1st of Aug. As per Strling Ackroyds tenancy agreements, rent should be in before the 1st so this was not a reasonable askJust over a week after signing the extension, I got another call saying the landlord had agreed to the extension at a higher rate for the last month only, which would’ve saved me 550 pounds. Which contradicts the previous messaging/ the contract. I got an apology from the head of renewals but nothing from the estate agent themselves (they offered a signed letter which is pretty useless) and nothing from the points of contact that made the actual mistakes. I am not sure who actually ended up with the “extra” money I paid but I wouldn’t be surprised it is was Stirling Ackroyd due to the number of “admin errors” made. They did offer to help me look for a new place to rent/ buy but as you can probably guess, I am never working with these guys again.

Wow, this is how Estate Agents were meant to be. They exceeded expectations in speed, efficiency and helpfulness. I had historically used a rival Big Name agent who over promised and under delivered. These guys blew them off the park. I suspect they will be extremely successful and frankly, good luck to them.
