Would put 0 stars if possible, I’d rather be homeless than use these people ever again. Unprofessional, unorganised, staff are clearly inexperienced, rude, argumentative and generally extremely unhelpful since day 1. Will never use again as soon as my tenancy is up and I can’t wait to avoid them in the future and I would advise everyone to do the same!

I purchased my property from Simon at Stirling Ackroyd almost 20 years ago. When I decided to sell I called Simon back to allow his company the opportunity to get my house sold which they achieved in approx 4 months. Aron & Alpha Sales Team were courteous and kind and most importantly they respected my home, it’s the small things taking their shoes off, greeting guests and carrying out the viewing without pressure to clients to make a sale which made the process seem easy. The sales team were transparent at all times. They also got the result and had foresight when we spoke after viewings as the sale was predicted based on body language and communication. I couldn’t rate these guys any higher # A STERLING JOB & SERVICE!

GoogleDuring the viewing time, townends agent guy told us that we will get all the facilities like fridge, microwave oven, washing machine etc. Once we moved in we noticed there was no oven & immediately we went to their office which is in Ealing Broadway they said they haven't told anything like that and asked us to contact the landlord. We feel that they were bit rude to us. Before transferring the money (rent + deposit) they were very friendly & were doing proper follow-ups. After receiving the money they have shown their real face. So we won't recommend them because of our bad experience.

GoogleThere are some very bad estate agents out there but Townends in Ealing has a team of truly TOP CLASS professionals. I have just handed out my keys yesterday as I am relocating abroad, and I felt it was important that I wrote about my experience. When I was looking for a property a year and a half ago, my husband was unwell and I felt we were given special attention by the very understanding team. Our difficult circumstance at the time meant I only had 1 week to find a property and it needed to be suitable for a wheelchair user. The team at Townsends partnered with me to find us the correct property, being flexible, understanding, helpful and even caring. I was compelled to write a review but as my husband's condition deteriorated dramatically shortly after we moved, I never had the chance to do so. Now that I am leaving the country and my rental property, the team has yet again been very supportive and professional. Rob, Callum and Tyana have been awsone and Mohamed who has left was also great. It's good to know there are still estate agents who are dedicated to providing clients with not only an accommodation, but also with an experience. Use them, you won't be disappointed!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thanks to everyone at Townends in Ealing and Happy New Year!!!

Baaaaaad service , they accepted the offer and after six months of waiting , they disappointed us …..there is Noo communication b/w agency and buyer , we had to called every time to ask about the news , they said they will call back and they had never calling back , shame on u , we waste all our saving because of ur bad service ,

I use them to manage my property for renting.Poor service. Tenants complain that it takes weeks to get a response. I don't receive communication, sometimes for 6 months on urgent matters.Neighbors file complaints about the property and Stirling don't resolve issues which leaves everyone unhappy.Avoid this company.Change from Townends to Stirling hasn't made a difference.
