Difficult to get hold of lettings agent once offer was made for apartment. Heard nothing from team (no replies to emails, no answering phone calls) for two weeks only to receive email two days before move in date asking for references. Move in date postponed by a week without notice. Strongly suggest you rethink.

Awful - total disregard with the consumer

I am renting an apartment by savills and I moved in less than a month ago. The cooktop and dishwasher did not work and they told me to fix it with Miele. Also, the shower drain doesn’t drain and I can’t shower without the entire bathroom floor getting wet. They told me they’d send me a handy man and never did.

Went to an auction of Savills, the property didn't sell that i wanted to buy.So i contacted their people , who promised to call me with further info. A week later i call and i get the same promise, that was a week ago. its good job am not holding my breath. Diabolical service. i would recommend that you don't use this company.
