I dealt with Jess Exley while looking for an apartment in tillermans court for my aunt & her family. She was extremely sweet & cooperative, she always answered all our queries & doubts in a timely manner. The viewing experience was amazing, where she showed us not only the apartment but the whole building & it’s amazing facilities in the nicest of ways. She has always been super active in replying to our emails, attending our calls etc. Jess also did everything that we asked when it came to enquiries and setting us up so that we had the best possible deal & she helped us in making things simpler before handing us over to the building manager. I would highly recommend Jess as she’s my favourite go to agent whom I’ll always consider whenever I search for my own apartment anytime soon. Cheers!Alizeh.

Savills manages the Priory Retail Park…

Savills manages the Priory Retail Park near Colliers Wood on behalf of RDI REIT. They must therefore have at least partial responsibility for the parking arrangements and signage there. Savills name appears on the Euro Parking signs that are located in the retail park. These signs are far too small to see and do not meet the current legislation. On my 1st visit I never saw any clear parking signs stating there was a 2hr max stay (I wasnt looking for such signage - why should I)!! I had to wait some 10 minutes to park then went into one of the stores and spent some £400 on a number of items, spending just under 2 hours choosing them. I got a £100 parking ticket for the pleasure from these thieves. It is the principle behind this that is so wrong. As such Savills you have caused me so much wasted time, frustration and anger. The result is after three months I won the case so you didnt get the £100 Oh! and BTW last year you made about £40,000 from my family in agency fees on property sales. So now never again will we deal with you and will ensure our contacts are made aware of your sharp practices in greed management.

A Huge Thank You for 5 Star service!

We approached Mike and Francesca in December to register for rental properties and even in a market distorted by Covid, that was proving so challenging with very few properties that were suitable for us coming on to the market, by early January we had secured a great place with the space we needed and the location we wanted! Mike went over and above, his attention to our application was first class and we wouldn't have secured it without the critical line of communication he built up between us and the landlords and then latterly with the referencing team. This level of service has continued now that we have moved in, with any issues (and there are very few!) being attended to promptly. We would highly recommend Mike's and Savills service and can't thank them enough!
