GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Not helpful. So pushy and just want you to sign the contract. Just want your money. I told them the bad conditions in the room before I actually live there (i.e bed bugs) and they just blame me for the issue when I'm the victim!! They threw the ball to me and ask me to handle it myself! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Hi I have personally dealt with you and explained the whole contract and not at any point I have pushed you to sign. In regards to bed bugs, these were not reported to us by ex tenant and for your information we do not provide a fully managed service and also not authorised to deal with repairs. We take any negative reviews very seriously and we are here to help and assist you regardless we manage the property or not.

GoogleSab Estate Agents post an Ad for rent straight away twice I have been declined which is available for rent as it was new listing and remained available across online renting platforms. I feel they discriminate certain people from other backgrounds. I would never recommend them horrible experience.

GoogleI was very pleased with this Sab Estate Agency. An agent helped me quickly find a home for my family And within 1 week we moved. They are very receptive. Now, I'm so quiet that my family has accommodation for a certain period of time.
