GoogleDespite my rather difficult case (moving from the US to the UK) both Karolina Kwiecien and Sasha Kumari were very helpful and managed to set me up with a property in a very short time. They're quick to answer questions and are helpful with even the most trivial matters. Overall, I highly recommend Rolfe East!

I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them.
Dear Marco. Rolfe East pride ourselves on our professionalism and handling of all transactions which is why over our 40 years in the industry we have built up a strong reputation of being a people focused agency who see customer service and care as an important part of our service. Therefore, we take any negative reviews or feedback very seriously and investigate any issue brought to our attention. We have looked into your claims and the situation surrounding the offer you made on a property through our agency as per the contents of your review and reply as follows.: Ash was keen to secure the property for you and saw you as a priority purchaser, he even conducted your third viewing outside of normal working hours. Ash also made sure you knew that there was another party that had offered through another agency, so you were fully aware that there were other buyers interested in the property. Due to our hard work with the seller we managed to get your offer accepted. However, the next day we were informed by the seller that they had accepted a higher offer which was put forward by the other another agent. The seller saw the higher offer as a more viable option for them. We did give you an opportunity to increase your offer, but instead of discussing this with us, you list this review. We understand you must be frustrated especially if this was your dream home, but we gain nothing from you losing out on the property. All we have done is work hard to secure this home for you. Unfortunately, the legal system does not have provisions which lock buyers or sellers into contracts when accepting an offer, so both parties can withdraw or change their minds at any time. Agents do not have the power or control to stop this as we simply follow the instructions of the client who owns the property. As always, we are still happy to help you with your home search, so please contact us to discuss this if you wish.

After giving an offer for the asking price, the manager is still sending buyers. If he did not like you, it is very difficult to buy. He saw my deposit and ability to buy, but still dragging . The seller told me that she told him to accept my offer. God knows the reason

They ripped us off good and proper. Marketed the place as a ‘freehold’ went all the way through to exchange before it turned out to be a leasehold. Where is the integrity gone??

GoogleAt the beginning everything went good, as they want to get new costumers, during our tenancy we had few problems and they send people to fix them relatively quick but once we left the property....what a nightmare! Almost two months making calls and being ignored by everyone there to get our deposit back! After 40 days we get an email saying they will reduce 200 pounds from our deposit for cleaning purposes 😂😂 After that we said we will take legal actions against them and in 5-7 days we had the money back! UNPROFESSIONALS!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAlmost 3 months ..still not received deposit from them All times they said nobody’s available to speak with us and never call back like they promised We call them more then 5 times and send so many emails and nothing happened .. Last time they said the money has been transferred and wait 3-5 working days and still nothing happened Never recommend to my friends and my clients this estate agency anymore ! Please reply to my comment if all I said is not true !

GoogleI have been in contact with a lot of agencies in London when looking for a flat, but with no doubt Rolfe East was the most helpful and professional. My satisfaction with this agency is 100% thanks to the agent Sasha Kumari. From the beginning she knew exactly what I was looking for and I can say that she did her best to help me. Her willingness to help me during all the process of renting was fundamental and I am very grateful to her because if I am now living in my flat is thanks to her and I could not be happier.

GoogleI had an appointment with a agent for seeing a house I'm waiting for 1 hour but nobody come and they don't receive my call or response............
Hi Himanshu. At Rolfe East we always take any complaint very seriously. Our professionalism is very important to us, so when we saw your review, an immediate investigation took place. We spoke to the negotiator who scheduled the appointment with you, and he confirmed he was at the property from 4.15pm to show another applicant. Your appointment was booked in for 4.45pm which we can see you confirmed via our system, and the negotiator waited 20 mins for your arrival, before he had to move on to his next appointment. We understand you phoned at 5.15pm to find out where the agent was. We can only assume you just missed each other. We would be happy to rearrange another viewing for you.

GoogleYou’re warned to stay away from this agent if you’re a tenant. Unfortunately, most of the reviews here are at the start of tenancies. I’ve had the most horrible experience with them at the end of my tenanancy. They will make every attempt to put their hands on as much as possible of the deposit with the most shocking claims and unbelievably high quotations. It was absolutely horrendous dealing with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI let one of my properties through Karolina the manager at Rolfe East - I found her to be extremely accommodating and her team Paul & Fleur all provided us with a professional and especially effective service. Rolfe East stood out from the rest - It was rented quickly and easily with no hassle to very good tenants.We felt completely satisfied with the service and were well looked after - Rolfe East will be the first agents we instruct next time one of our properties comes up.

GoogleI still remember the stressful times when I was getting slightly depressed of finding my perfect flat! I have even forgotten how many agencies, flats, houses I visited, called up on and got knocked back from, or just didn't like any. When I was on the edge-another wrong property-all of the sudden my phone rang-I didn't even know who was it-she just said I have a perfect flat for you. It was Carolina-she came like a true blessing from heaven-I did tell her what I was looking for but that was months ago and I couldn't believe my ears what i was hearing. I was so eager to go and see-and I was so pleasantly shocked - honestly-the flat ticked all the boxes. I fell in love immediately. I just can't believe that I've explained myself once over the phone what type of property I'm looking for and bang months later she got me the perfect flat. She was very friendly, lovely, bubbly, and the fact she listened to my needs and wishes made the experience dealing with Carolina very special. Overall if you are looking for a perfect flat or house I would recommend to call her as she will definitely get you what you are looking for! Feeling very blessed! Thank you so much!
