We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

The whole team were completely 1st class from the start to the end - nothing was too much trouble. Using their tips on selling, combined with great marketing from them, resulted in us achieving almost 7% above asking price.
