Daniel Johnson at Hamptons contacted a company to investigate a problem with the washing machine at one of our rented properties. They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.

cost me at least 3 days for booking a house viewing, when I texted the agent, they never respond unless you make the call. finally, the agent told me that landlord already accepted someone's offer, great!

We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. This was excellent service and makes me feel confident about the management of any further queries in the future.

GoogleAs a buyer, I found the people at Hamptons in Ealing polite, professional and very, very helpful. Most of my dealings were with Sophie Naysmith who was excellent. She constantly kept in touch with me, my solicitor and the vendor and I always new exactly what stage we were at in the process and what would happen next. As the buyer you don't get to choose the agent, but if I come to sell I will definitely choose Hamptons.

Their team members Raz, who did a great job getting the admin side of the tenancy going quickly and smoothly, and Sarah who has dealt with maintenance have both been exceptional, as have the rest of the people who I have spoken with at Hamptons. Excellent service, above and beyond what was necessary to manage the sale of our house (and my gosh what a lot was necessary). I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you have to pay an estate agent fee then you can’t begrudge paying it to Hamptons. Hard working, honest and always there to help smooth things along.
