Tanya Gaby of Agent & Homes sold us our home. Working for the sellers she could not have been more helpful and accommodating towards us as buyers. Her warm and straight-forward manner was appreciated by us throughout the whole process. Always available and always positive. She is a real joy to deal with as a real estate agent. We can't recommend her highly enough.

As a foreigner moving to Germany

As a foreigner moving to Germany, I had a wonderful experience with this company. Their service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. The photos of the apartment I rented were truthful and accurately depicted the real situation, with the only minor difference being that the space appeared slightly larger in the pictures. Despite the slightly higher price of the apartment, I found it to be well worth the investment. Searching for an apartment in a foreign country can be a challenge, and the ease and satisfaction of finding the right property was well worth the cost. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this company and the property I rented.

Emma helped us greatly when looking to purchase a period property. Feeling a little out of our depth she worked between us and the estate agent and helped us to end up with an offer accepted that we were very happy with. I would greatly recommend her services and be eager to use her again.

Rav Sagoo - Excellent Service!

Rav Sagoo sold us our London flat several years ago & when it came to selling it on, it was always going to be Rav who we would trust to act on our behalves. It has always been an utter pleasure to work with Rav; his professionalism, experience & knowledge of the business is second to none. We welcome that he is so straightforward, no-nonsense, efficient, thorough & will go the extra mile for his clients. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Completely reassuring and brilliant advice

When Rollo sold our flat he gave us complete support throughout the process. He had great advice and understood all the subtle (and sometimes emotional) dynamics of our family moving home. Rollo got us a great price for our property (which at that time was unprecedented for the area). I can’t thank him enough. If we ever move again- I’d use him for sure.

Sam and Rollo worked so hard on the sale of our property at such a hard time in the market. They helped and advised us every step of the way. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell or buy property with. We use them for rentals too, they cover all our needs in the property game! Would highly recommend. Great job!

Andrew and Emma do an excellent job

Other agents seem to concentrate their efforts mainly on selling themselves. By contrast, Andrew and Emma focus their attention on actually getting the job done, with good results. For landlords such as myself, the quality of their advice is high, and they have a thoroughly sensible approach towards the complications of the property market. I would recommend them.

My experience with Agent & Homes

I had a great experience using Agent and Homes and I am very happy with the service Tim provided. He made sure that everything ran smoothly, efficiently and went above and beyond to make me happy. Most of all I did not pay any unfair agency fees. I highly recommend using this service, you will be over the moon.

Rav is an excellent agent!

Rav Sagoo truly took the anxiety and stress out of house hunting and selling. He took the time to ask the right questions that enabled him to find me the perfect flat, which I know for a fact I would not have found on my own. He made the whole process of selling and buying so smooth for me and was on hand to help anytime I had questions or worries. It was a fun experience.

A fantastic agent!

Rollo found our first house which was at a great price and then sold it for us for double a few years later. He was so attentive and re-assuring. I would not acquire or sell a property without attaining his opinion in advance. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Myself and my husband can thoroughly recommend Emma, who designed the interior for our new extension comprising of new kitchen, dining area, lounge and music area. When Emma took on the project it was in the middle of the build and at that point we couldn’t imagine living in the house again, yet Emma saw past the rubble and using the architect’s floorplans, helped us visualise the transformation into our new family home. She surprised us with a mood board comprising colour schemes we would never have chosen yet are big, bold and beautiful! She suggested alterations to the architect’s plans, making the kitchen smaller to create a bigger dining area and merging two separate bi-folding doors into one that runs the full length of the house. We would not have risked these huge changes had she not been so confident, yet in hindsight we can see that would have been a mistake. On her way out of the door one day I asked Emma what colour rug she would put in our living room, in less than a minute she offered her opinion and the transformation in that room is quite huge considering it’s just a rug! She has a real eye for design and colour. Without Emma we would have had a neutral result, whereas her designs really have the wow factor!
