TrustpilotEmma Benwell is highly recommended
Emma Benwell took over the sale of our property when we had had nothing but issues with a previous agent. Not only did she sell it within a week, but she completely took the pressure off us by being a step ahead with everything and making sure the sale progressed. She was in constant contact with us, the buyers and the solicitors and was always available to offer advice and answer any questions. I can’t recommend Emma highly enough.
thank you

TrustpilotAgent and Homes: Bespoke, Boutique and professional
Agent and Homes have been a breath of Fresh air in the competitive cut-throat London real estate market. Mr Sagoo leads an efficient, professional, friendly and customer-oriented business. His knowledge of the London market is immense, his experience is vast and his advice invaluable. With Agent and homes, one receives a bespoke service, competitively priced and tailored to meet one's specific housing needs, rather than one size fits all housing needs solutions at astronomically high fees. Agent and Homes have arrived at a timely fashion to challenge the status quo of the London real estate business, and they offer a service which is second to none.
thank you , we do our best

TrustpilotGreat service - Will defiantly rent again!
Rented an office from Jas in Noting hill gate, we had a wonderful time, great support, and friendly customer service. Deposit was returned at the end of our contract, no questions asked. I guess you just can't get this treatment very often nowadays. Will defiantly rent again through them. And defiantly recommend them.

TrustpilotTerrible customer service but lovely ceo
Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me !I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.Thank you for calling to rectify this issueThen today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !
Dear Sarahwe are so sorry about your experience with us and thank you for informing us.We will do better going forward.thank you

TrustpilotNotting Hill 1 bed.
I put my property up for sale in February and used 2 well known agents in Notting Hill. Come August and neither had many viewings, all they recommended to do was ‘drop price’ for obvious reasons. I met Jack and he was open about the market and actually advised me with best options. I decided to re let the property within 48 hours Jack had the property let and it’s the best thing that’s happened this year! Every property going forward is only with them.
thanks Niroch we do our best

GoogleAlthough we didn’t use Emma to design our Kitchen we’d been sitting on the plans for over year due to feeling overwhelmed about how to start the whole process. We reached out and Emma was on the ball from the start. She was attentive and confident. She explained the whole process of where to start, options about who to order the kitchen from and what else we would need to consider and sort to make the process run smoothly. She also skilfully negotiated with the suppliers to get us a good price which we would have not had the confidence to do. Emma instilled us with the confidence needed to actually get the project started. Without her we would still be sitting in our old kitchen dreaming about a new one! Highly Recommend.
Thank you Kait I'm so pleased to have been able to assist you and delighted you are happy with the result.

TrustpilotEmma was amazing!!
My significant other and I were moving to London from the states, and Emma was invaluable in helping us find our rental property. Not only was she so patient and understanding with our needs, she went above and beyond to explain all the details we would need to know to make a smooth transition. She was upfront and honest with us in answering all our questions. Finding a rental can be stressful, but Emma made it so easy. We would highly recommend her!
Thank you so much

TrustpilotOutstanding service!
In Spring this year Agents & Homes managed my house in Notting Hill on a short let/Airbnb type basis which proceeded very smoothly. They then sold it for me achieving a record busting square footage price for my street. And now they have found me a short let while I look for a new property!I am no fan of estate agents after buying and renting in London many times over the years. However the team at Agents & Homes really are different. Nice human beings who will work with you to get a sensible result and who have many years experience in the business. And as a business woman I admire their approach, no silly flashy branded cars or offices just a responsive, trustworthy service. Bob, Ed and Emma I salute you.
Thank you

TrustpilotNotting Hill Knowhow
Rollo and Bob are no-nonsense professionals, who simply know what they are doing. They gave me clear, rational advice and instilled immediate confidence. They did exactly what they said they would do. In a very challenging market they sourced a buyer and saw the process through to the end. They achieved a positive result where many big-name, established, international rivals had failed spectacularly. I highly recommend the services of Agent and Homes if you want professional, courteous and effective agents on your side.
Thank you , we try and do our best .

TrustpilotTim Lawler from Agent&Homes
Quite recently I have had a chance to rent a lovely apartment from Tim Lawler from Agent&Homes. My situation was urgent and I needed to find an apartment asap. Tim has helped me not only to find the perfect place but also to communicate on my behalf with the property manager about my request and requirements. He is a very nice and professional agent with great people skills. I certainly would recommend him and his company as from start to finish everything went really smoothly and quickly.Good job, Tim and thank you for all your help and patience :)Barbara

TrustpilotRollo Miles of Agents and Homes sold us…
Rollo Miles of Agents and Homes sold us a house in his neighbourhood, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was open to showing us the property multiple times, and to discussing the area, the pros and cons of what various homes in the vicinity offered, and provided many examples of other comparable homes to help us make our decision. He entertained more than one offer from us, and was very reasonable at every stage of the process. The negotiation and subsequent paperwork to close was very easy. So happy to have purchased our home from him!
Thank you for your kind words

TrustpilotReally good and totally recommend them
I have known Bob for nearly 13 years and Emma for 5 years. I now live abroad and recently made a decision to sell my property in Notting Hill. I engaged Bob and Emma to oversee the entire process, which included getting decorators for full renovation, storage, styling and overseeing the entire sales process. They really did an absolutely outstanding job. Totally proactive and on the case across all aspects of the entire process. Really good and totally recommend them.
Thank you so much, they will both be very pleased

TrustpilotGood service from the get-go
Sean has been straightforward, sincere and good to work with from the get-go. Very refreshing as, unfortunately, there are a load of dodgy estate agents out there. Myself and my friend have found a lovely place to live through Sean and he's been really helpful throughout - the whole process was pretty easy. Thanks a lot!

We have known Tim for a few years and he has always shown dedication and offered a service that exceeds expectations, totally reliable and manges the process to the end and beyond. He is innovative in trying different approaches to acquiring quality tenants for our Chelsea flat and always succeeds.
