Excellent Experience with finding a let

Rav was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process, from touring to signing the contract. Agent And Homes maintained a very professional attitude and we're attentive to my requirements. As an international student, my experience with the company was far better than other similar letting agencies. After the contract was done, Agent And Homes followed up regularly to make sure I was settled in well and to take care of any minor issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to London for the first time and is unfamiliar with the letting process here.

Nathan Kider was absolutely fantastic

Nathan Kider was absolutely fantastic. This is the second property he’s sold for me and both times he made the process as easy as could be. His approach is personalised and he’s always at the end of the phone to answer questions. He has gone above and beyond throughout the process. I am always very stressed but Nathan made sure I was reassured throughout. Since I work long hours, it was Nathan that came in for surveys and other various visits from contractors etc. I honestly can’t recommend Nathan enough.

We had a fantastic experience

Simply put, Nathan Khider is an amazing estate agent. Not only was he the consummate professional, working tirelessly to sell our flat, but he was always available and more than happy to provide us with valuable advice and guidance on how to best navigate the whole marketing and sales process. His positive attitude and energy always made us feel like he couldn't do enough to provide whatever help we needed. To say that he went "above and beyond" doesn't really describe all that Nathan did for us.

Truly the most wonderful experience

Truly the most wonderful experience, not only did Nathan sell my house on his first viewing (that had been on the market with someone else for 6 months) he also found me my perfect home and helped us rent out a property that had been sat empty for almost a year. Nathan is calm and drama free, he communicates clearly and is confident in what he does but has such humility about him too. I met him through a recommendation and now I absolutely would recommend him to anyone needing help in property of any kind.

Fantastic service by Philip Seidl at…

I can highly recommend Philip Seidl at Agent & Homes - he is very capable and unflappable, and it was so reassuring to know that he had everything in hand during what was at times a rather fraught process. He is someone with strong integrity who genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows both in his level of expertise, his depth of experience and in his commitment to providing an excellent service to his clients, as I experienced myself!

Jack Graham-Lindsey ... Extraordinary

Jack Graham-Lindsey is that rarest of brokers. He knows his area - virtually perfectly; he tells the truth and he trusts people (people trust him in return) and he responds to questions with the truth rather than what’s easy.He was listing broker for the seller of a flat which I recently purchased. I worked directly with him to get the deal completed in a very short time. He listened to problems and understood them; he found solutions and got people together around those solutions; he was simply remarkably proactive - repeatedly. In the London areas where Jack specializes, I simply cannot imagine wanting to work with anyone else if Jack were available.

Charlie Crane was great from start to finish

Charlie Crane was great from before we even instructed him. He gave an honest and impartial view during this strange time in 2020 and ensured that we were comfortable and realistic in our plan to sell. This led to a comfortable sale with multiple competitive bids and Charlie was always available to answer any queries we had, handling the whole process seamlessly from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone, very friendly, very positive and calm under pressure.

Excellent service

I was immediately impressed with how efficient Tim was when I first met him many years ago when he let our Chelsea house. When he moved to Agent and Homes I didn’t hesitate to give him the full management role on a flat in Fulham. He quickly found very good tenants and manages the property brilliantly. He does all the worrying and thinking for me. He has a very good data base of people he can call on for plumbing etc. I really respect him for his honesty and diligence. Recently we asked him to sell a house in Chelsea which he handled diplomatically and with great professionalism. From our point of view as vendors he helped us in every stage and made the process stress free and uncomplicated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and in 20 years of letting in London Tim is the best agent I have dealt with.

Amazing to work with

Right from the start Rav was amazing to work with, within minutes of registering interest on Rightmove he had phoned me back to book a viewing. All the way through the process of renting the property with him he was very professional with a friendly approachable manner, always making it easy for us to talk to him. When we were forced to wait for my employment contract to come through Rav was very understanding and patient which we are very thankful for as we loved the flat and did not want to lose it. I look forward to working with Rav and Agent and Homes in the future, I highly recommend them.

Agent & Homes are unlike any real…

Agent & Homes are unlike any real estate agency we've worked with in London. The interaction with Rav has been great as he goes out of his way to make you feel you are dealing with a friend rather than an agent. All our asks have been taken into consideration and A&H make sure you are updated frequently on the progress of your situation. The process has been great too, everything is done online where it can easily be tracked and completed with a few clicks. Really good experience.

Excellent agent

Agent&Homes found me a tenant in for my London flat just in two weeks. They have been very professional and efficent.I am particularly pleased how well they informed me regularly on every step they took online in the right time. Since I live in Edinburgh myself and could not travel to London due to lock down they also kindly offered help for many other aspects concerning the flat such as gaz and electricity certificates, minor reparatures.I could not be more happy. Highly reccommended.Thank you Tanya and Team.Murat Ohr

Consummate Professional

We found ourselves lucky to have been introduced to Tim Lawler. A consummate professional for whom nothing is too much trouble.Very much a go the extra mile person. We took Tim on to manage our Flat in South Kensington where we were having a bad experience with both our tenant and existing manager. Tim soon turned things round. We then decided to sell the Flat and appointed Tim as Selling Agent. Deploying his wide experience of the market and how sales actually work he achieved us a good sale in a difficult and falling market. We could not recommend Tim more highly.

I am extremely happy with the service rendered to me by Agents and Homes. My family and I relocated to London from abroad recently. Special thanks to Tanya - an amazing and very professional lady. She really understood every thing we require and helped us in each and every step we needed to get the property as quickly as possible. We felt so safe with her and I really recommend her. We look forward to work with Tanya again.

Agent and Homes go above and beyond!!

Agent and Homes have been amazing helping me and my family over the years. They have sold properties swiftly and at good prices, always thinking carefully about who the property would suit. They are honest about price ranges, think carefully about the best options in current climates and are happy to discuss and advise accordingly. They have efficiently managed short lets for us, checking in tenants and keeping the house clean and up to spec. Most recently Valerie Rapp has helped me find a tenant for a long let. Not only did she get the price I wanted but she has been working tirelessly to negotiate fine details and help organise the move. She has gone above and beyond to help me as I live in the countryside and have 2 small children so getting to London is not the easiest. I can't thank her enough for her cheerful and supportive presence. If you have a property to rent or sell I would highly recommend this agent. :)

The rental race made all the more easier!

As tenants, the rental world in London is always somewhat of a daunting one! The battle of finding the perfect place you can call home is tricky and the race is always on to hope you can secure it in time. However, I must say that Sean at Agent and Homes was brilliant, keeping us constantly informed and making us feel like we mattered. It's been the smoothest of rental rides we've had and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to him again - hopefully next time with a nice big deposit for a place of our own :-)

Great personal service from Will

From start to finish Will from Agent & Homes was absolutely superb in helping us buy our first property. Nothing was too much of an issue for him and he was always so quick to respond to any enquires. He made us feel very confident about our purchase and helped us create a good relationship with the vendor which was very important to us. Thanks to Will we are now very happy in our new home.

I have recently rented a flat in Chelsea, and I have worked with TIM from Agent and Homes. I found Tim very professional and so far he has been on top of every request I made with regards to the flat. I have always used Foxton in the past as and agency, but I have to say the service provided by Tim and his team has been exceptional, as if dealing with a large entity. I strongly suggest him to find your new home! RC

Great experience with Will

We had never heard of Agent & Homes but ended up having a great experience with Will. Being first time buyers, Will made an extra effort to help us feel comfortable with the process and had great advice on renovation ideas. It honestly felt more like working with a friend than an agent. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Will and Agent & Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell.

If you're looking for someone who puts in 110% every time you're looking for new tenants, then Maria Eftimiu is your lady. She's honest, reliable and knows exactly what you're looking for. And is a really nice person. She has helped me time and time again to find new tenants, and yes, when I need new tenants in the future, Maria, you'll be getting another call from me. Thanks Maria. 5 stars from me.

Working with Will was a pleasure

Will from Agent&Homes was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I had been dreading the whole buying process but he steered me through it smoothly and went the extra mile, bringing the keys over on his bike on the day of my choice. Always there to answer queries. He also gave sensible, researched advice to my niece about her flat, even though she might not end up selling!

Rav Sagoo - Highly recommended

Rav Sagoo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of purchasing our first home in West London in March 2021. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to complete the transaction in a very short period of time (less than one month from accepted offer to exchange). I would highly recommend Rav to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Tim has been fantastic

Tim has been fantastic - the whole process from seeing a photo of the flat to moving in has been incredibly smooth and easy. By far the easiest and most pleasant process we’ve had so far (and we’ve moved in Chelsea/South Ken a good few times) and he really went above and beyond on a number of things to make it that much easier for us. I’m really grateful!

First class service

Rosie and then Matthew were outstanding from start to finish. We asked something that we felt was impossible to achieve but they pulled it off. The speed and attention to our needs were off the chart and whilst Rosie attended to the technicalities with complete efficiency, Matthew has always been available to help when needed. As we say in the East End “ Different Gravy” Thanks guys

5 Stars are not enough!

I have moved a number of times around different areas in London but my experience with Rav Sagoo at Agents and Homes was so smooth and simple thanks to his manner and professionalism. I honestly couldn't rate the man high enough for every detail he helped during the process. By far the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with.
