GoogleExceptional service. Our flat was viewed & the full asking price offered within 2 hours of marketing. The tenants moved in 10 days later & their Xmas greetings message was "The flat is perfect & we love it".

Very slick, professional service. They lose a star for increasing management fee from 9% to 13% when they took over local estate agent...For many years, my property was managed by Myra, who was very approachable and competent. Always responded to queries promptly.

TrustpilotAvoid - they cling on to your deposit
If you rent via Dexters, don’t expect your deposit back any time soon. It’s been 53 days since I vacated the property and 28 days since it was agreed I will receive my deposit in full, despite there being a 10 day rule under the TDP scheme.
