Dexters have managed my property for several years and offer an efficient, friendly service at good value. They have handled upgrade works and day-to-day maintenance to complete satisfaction, as well as move in/move out, rent collection and adherence to legislation. I have been very pleased with their approach and assistance, and would recommend them.

Alistair at Dexter's was brilliant at communicating with all the solicitors and estate agents involved in the chain and worked very hard to effect exchange after a 3 day delay. GoogleI cannot recommenced Dexters highly enough and in particular the amazing work done by the team at Ealing Broadway. Ruchika, Lucy and the Lettings Department are professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. They manage to combine incredibly personal service within a large organisation rarely found in this day and age. If I could give more than 5 stars I would as they deserve it!!!

Worst agency ever. I've been with KFH for years and they were just amazing. Dexters Property Manager team just cares about the landlord. If you have an issue you have to call them many times, and IF it gets sorted, it takes a long time. (it took 3 weeks to fix my washing machine the 1st time, 2 weeks the second time and so many other issues just IGNORED). When you call them, each person you talk to tells you something different. They always say they are going to call you back to give you an update and they never do. They just IGNORE you. This is so disappointing and just unprofessional. I'm looking forward the end of my contract and never going to use this agency again.

When making recommendations for repairs or renewals she is always ready to explain and discuss them with me and, once agreed, keeps track to make sure they are satisfactorily completed.
