Mostly, it's a poorly run operation. It takes weeks and weeks to get your deposit back after leaving the flat. They mishandle your rent. The agents schedule flat viewings without first consulting you. Just largely an unprofessional service, which -- given the high fees they charge both tenants and landlords -- should not be the case.

Dexters estate agents Kew are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Don’t assume they will follow professional standards. I am amazed at the good reviews -sounds like a different company. Not a good experience.
