I've previously been a Dexters tenant since 2022 and whilst I have concluded my tenancy with them, I'd like to give Olivia Singham a big shout out for being so helpful in processing the end of my tenancy. She is very proactive and responsive, very flexible in terms of the demands from both the tenant and landlord side. Great job all around and many thanks!

Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!

Jadasa is an excellent property manager! Jadasa responds promptly to calls and/or emails and coordinates maintenance/repairs to be completed in a timely manner. Oftentimes things are repaired same day. I am grateful to have her managing our home.

Purchased our first flat from Dexters, they delayed giving us the key by ten days to give them enough time to paint and clean flat. After 10 days we received a filthy flat, with furniture left behind, not even one surface was clean. No paint either. They blamed it on 'third party'.Horrible experience. Would not recommend to work with them to buy property. We had the worst experience buying our first flat with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleZone 1 attitude in zone 4, they are like children, that try to be aggressive but are so disorganised. I've been a landlord for decades and also rented before. Dexters is by far the worst agents I have dealt with. This was my experience, I would never use them again; recommend them; or follow-up with them, when they inevitably write their heartfelt message of concern below. It's just their culture.

TrustpilotTook 10 months not to sell my flat
Dexters tried to sell a flat for me. The branch manager won my business by proposing a high valuation which in the end turned out to be unrealistic. However, I then received an offer quickly and accepted it. Then, in spite of my doubts about the buyer and several conversations with the guy at Dexters who was supposed to chase the buyer, 6 months later the buyer pulled out. Dexters put the flat back on the market and claimed to have found buyers who turned out to be false leads. After 10 months I gave up and used another, more realistic agent who isn't with a large chain of pushy salespeople. He gave good advice about pricing (and then about reducing the price), got an offer and has now taken the sale to completion. This positive experience has made me realise what a mistake it was to use Dexters in the first place.

GoogleMy partner & I have just finalised a renting agreement with Dexters Ealing & the experience from end to end has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous flat hunting experiences. Especially, Cameron Ebanks who has been unbelievably helpful throughout the process. From carefully listening to our requirements, booking a constant stream of viewings that really fit our criteria & price bracket to finding our dream flat, there was continuous, friendly & informative communication from Cameron that was greatly appreciated. All of our queries were answered in no time & on top of being efficient & extremely helpful Cameron's lovely warm nature has made our flat hunting fun! (& not the usual dread & stress) 5 star service - really appreciate the 'human' approach we've received at Dexters Ealing. If we have to move again in the future - these guys will be our first point of call. Thanks for helping us find our home! ⭐️
