I have been using Dexters for a number of years without any issues. They always respond in a timely and professional. The senior property manager Mohammed Amin is fantastic, for anything that is urgent he jumps on it quickly and get things done.

GoogleI am landlord letting through Dexters. I cannot rate them highly enough. They walked through every step with me (I’m new at renting in Ealing), they were always able to run round and open a door for trades to access, even if it had nothing to do with the renting itself. The tenant they chose is wonderful and they were extremely diligent with checks and affordability. From inviting them in to view to having the property rented was less than a week! Communication is excellent and THE best thing is that each and every person in that office does what they say they are going to do. Whether this is the person I am dealing with or not. If you phone and ask for something you will get it within minutes of putting the phone down. I want whatever internal documentation process they have as it’s so very efficient and workable. Their local knowledge and pool of ‘clients’ is second to none. Basically put, wonderful efficient humans who do their job excellently.

Trustpilot10/10 for effort at business winning 0/10 for performance!…
We were badgered by Dexter’s for years so decided last summer to instruct them on a letting. They over promised on the rent they could achieve so we missed the window to secure tenants before the autumn. We also then instructed them to sell as we were receiving no rent . They failed to produce a single credible offer on either basis. We instructed Goldschmidts who found a buyer and at a strong price within a matter of weeks. I’m prompted to write today as we received probably the third cold call from Dexters as the old property is now for rent via the new owners . We told Dexters on at least 2 previous occasions that we had sold the property so I wish they could be more efficient/ professional in all they do.

I had my inspection today with Monika and I honestly just wanted to give some feedback… I have only had her as my property manager for a matter of months but cannot fault her work rate, effort or dedication! She is a true asset to Dexter’s, was fabulous to finally meet her and I really hope she sticks around as she is so quick at providing solutions! Clearly someone who really cares about her job and the people she is working for/with… feel very supported and well looked after!

I have used this estate agent for letting my property for nearly 4 years. For the first three years, I couldn’t fault them, but the staff have Changed hands and I would not recommend them. The majority of staff are incompetent they make so many mistakes and their Fees are high. I did complain to the director and it was a waste of my time. My last tenancy agreement they failed to put in a break clause and I’m now unable to break free of them unless I give them vast amounts of money. Although I have to ride this out, I will not be using them again in the future. I do not recommend them.

Well despite my less than glowing review previously and being advised by Asam in Customer Relations that an Area Director would call to deal with my complaint, no one has contacted me to discuss or to take our complaint seriously - this lot are a total shower. Our property is a high net worth property and well in to seven figures. I wouldn’t trust this lot to sell a dolls house for me
