I would whole heartedly recommend Mapps estates over any large company! From our valuation I knew I wanted Jon to take our property on as I could completely trust him with the sale of our house and I was not wrong. After 48 hours of the house being on the market we had a full asking price offer and it was sold on the first viewing. Since then Jon has constantly been in touch to keep us updated without needing any chasing from ourselves, and we have finally exchanged contracts and have a set completion date... all of this in 6 weeks !!
