Amazing Service! We viewed a property with Jonathan from Mapps Estates. We loved the property but also liked Jonathan too - he’s very passionate about what does and knew a lot about the property. We had viewed a few and I can’t say the same for a lot of other estate agents! We put an offer on the property but also wanted Jonathan and Mapps Estates to also sell ours because we liked him so much! Jonathan and John from Mapps were so professional but personable throughout the whole process. Due to circumstances outside of their control, it wasn’t the easiest sale but Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure it all went through smoothly! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you everyone at Mapps!

In September my wife and I completed on our purchase through Mapps Estates. EVERYTHING about this company pulls a complete 180º turn on how every other Estate Agents is viewed stereotypically. Every member of staff was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We were the nightmare couple, just waiting for something to go wrong and although some parts of the sale did, none of it was down to anything that Mapps had control over, it was purely down to the sellers solicitor. I can't speak highly enough of everyone at Mapps Estates and they are on the tip of my tongue every time I hear someone mentioning about moving home. Whilst we are so very happy with our home, should we come to move, I will be allowing Mapps Estates to do what they do best and provide an exceptional service in an industry whose reputation is less than positive mostly Thank you once again to everyone at Mapps Estates.

We have made a number of viewings through Mapps Estates whilst looking for our new home. We have found John to be the utmost professional. All bookings were easiest and quickest to make with Mapps. On meeting John at the adresses he was extremely knowledgeable about both the area and the properties. If i was a seller i would want John showing the buyers around. We used Mapps estate agents because on our first meet he was genuine , complimentary of our home which we dearly loved and was very open and honest with any questions we had. Communication was a huge factor when it came to choosing an agent and Jonathan’s follow ups and check ins were impressive. I would highly recommend Jonathan and John. My sister and I gave complete responsibility to them for our sale and they conducted all viewings, which was incredibly appreciated - we were both always kept well-informed. Our sale was not as speedy and smooth as we would have like (due to delays with probate), but Jonathan and John were endlessly patient and professional. 5 Stars aren’t enough! Mapps Estates were nothing but exceptional from the get go. Jon is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and genuine people I have ever met. He is honest and trustworthy and knows his stuff. We sold our house with him and his remarkable team in less than one week. Throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to push our sale through for us, even when it was touch and go (because of our new house holding us up!) the team at Mapps kept us calm and reassured us the whole time. I could not recommend Mapps Estates enough. Moving home is extremely stressful but Mapps really do take the pressure off and make it as smooth as it can be. They communicate and keep you informed all the way through, unlike many other estate agents who leave you in the dark! I can’t thank Jon and the team enough, you guys really are one of a kind.

5⭐️ We were recommended Mapp’s by my brother in law, then also by my mother. I was told that he was good, communication was good and I won’t be disappointed. I had reservations, they are an estate agency after all and we all know about the reputation of the estate agent. However, those reservations were soon thrown as far away as they could have been. Not only did Jonathan keep me updated with every bit of my sale but I actually received more updates from him about my purchase than the actual agent selling it! When new build companies and the like tried to buy more time and holding my purchase up (bear in mind, I wasn’t buying from Mapp’s, only selling), Jonathan stepped in to assist. Seriously, this agency takes real pride. His aim (and he will tell you when he values your property) is to change the publics perception of estate agents. His prices are also very reasonable. Then the house goes up for sale, by the afternoon of the first set of viewing, the house was sold. It had been in the market for 7 days! And he has done this not just with mine but my brother in laws and my mothers. If you want an honest agent, who will give his all to making sure your move is smooth, look no further. If you do, you’re just wasting your time and money.

Honestly, you will not find better estate agents than these guys! We had the most insane time trying to sell our property, so many things went wrong outside of our control, and Jonathan managed to save the day as each potential disaster came along. He worked so hard to push the sale through, and it is only thanks to him that we are still sane.
