From start to finish there is not a bad word I can say from the duston branch, Chris was great on the valuation. Nicky helping us find the right house, and becky who I dealt woth the most, from the sale of my house to the purchase of my new house, becky couldn't of been more helpful, always keeping me updated chasing solicitors. I became charged with selling my deceased sisters home back in 2024 and chose Jackson Grundy as the selling agent, where I met with Becky. A lovely lady who listened to my story with compassion, patience and understanding. With the help of her colleagues she found me a buyer who wanted a very quick transaction (6 weeks). We viewed a number of properties in the area prior to purchasing, and always felt as though Ricky was on our side. Not once did we feel pressured into making an offer and always felt that Jackson Grundy had our best interests in mind. After making an offer, Becky did an amazing job of keeping us informed of any updates along the way.
