The whole team from the Leamington Spa branch where amazing, always polite and positive! Special thanks to Rachel Hatton (the branch manager), very competent and professional, who was doing her best to mediate with the vendors and push the solicitors (when needed). Also, Jason Dhesi, the financial adviser - his professional expertise helped us to find the best option, when purchasing our house. Thank you! 🙂

My daughter was buying her first house, a new build and RA Bennetts, Evesham were the appointed agents. Firstly, they didn't like the fact that we appointed our own mortgage adviser rather than use theirs, but I have NEVER experienced this..................they sold us the WRONG HOUSE!!! Yep we viewed the same house twice, and were shown the show home....never did anyone ever tell us we weren't buying that plot but the house next door instead. It got to the solicitor stage before it was picked up. Having looked through the windows of the house she WILL purchase (still to be finished) The kitchen spec is different, the tiles are different, the layout is in reverse. We've never been inside the house that she will ultimately own!

Can highly recommend Emma and the team at R A Bennett at Stratford. They went above and beyond what we could expect from an estate agents in pushing through our sale and purchase. The process was fraught as our buyers and our buyers buyers were with Purple Bricks. If there is one thing I've learned from this process it is that if you have a prospective buyer with Purple Bricks for your property DO NOT accept their offer if you want a smooth transaction. Emma and your team you are worth every penny we will be paying you for your services.

GoogleSyd and his team recently sold our property. It wasn't the most straight forward sale being an older and non-standard property, but we were kept informed at all stages, and were able to contact them whenever required and we were never rushed when we wanted to discuss things. The advice about price and selling strategies was spot on; they know their market well. We had lots of viewings and plenty of interest - not many timewasters. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to market their property.

The agent is so important when it comes to marketing your house, obviously. So choose wisely. We originally went with another agent who was woeful and cost us several thousand pounds so I was a bit more 'informed' this time. Hands up R A Bennett & Partners at Evesham, Jenna and the team, were first class. Obviously knowing of our original experience they may have something to prove but frankly I just want someone to be honest, informative and help sell my house. From the initial appointment when we were helped with a pricing strategy, you may not like their guide but they are the professionals, they were constantly in touch reassuring us and organising the photography and brochure details etc, setting up the 'perfect launch' weekend. We signed the contract and then the team went into overdrive, within 3 hours (it may have been 2 but I don't want to exagerrate) we had 2 viewings for the launch weekend. We didn't get that far....within that week we had 3 early viewings, 3 offers and sold to a genuine cash buyer who our previous agent had turned away!! And it didn't stop there as they hadn't finished the job. They held our hands right up to completion keeping us up to date on proceedings and helping with any queries. Clearly they are very proactive and jumped on the phones to contact their database hence the swiftness of the results. Now in fairness to our previous agent it may have been a better time to sell, a busier market, or just a better agent, much, much better. Oh and they sold it for several thousand pounds more as well, fluke? I Think notProfessional, proactive and......and.....perfect. I had to get 3 'p's' in

We purchased a Grade II listed property advertised with R A Bennett in Dursley. It wasn't a straightforward purchase but Syd and Kayleigh were so helpful with attending several viewings and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Absolutely awful company. Rented my house with them, nothing but issues on their end. They lost keys, gave wrong dates for appointments, didn't carry out checks on time and still after several months have had no reply about deposit returns. Avoid!

GoogleGood experience buying our first house through R A Bennett despite the difficult market at the moment. They kept us regularly updated of properties coming on the market and were really friendly on all viewings and interactions we had. Pleased to have completed on a property in a little over 3 months from the time of getting an offer accepted! Xenophobic rude liars. After respectfully contacting them because we were interested in a property advertised on rightmove, Oliver replied to us asking for salary references and additional information, we provided all the necessary details and he said that they’re waiting for the tenant’s confirmation to organise a viewing. Few days have passed and we still hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them and ask if there’s any progress - I just said my name and he hung up. I really hope that their white privileged *** go bankrupt.

I wish it was a zero 🌟 for R A BENNETT IN STRATFORD UPON AVON they are scamars they find me a flat to rent and it was due for viewing I was happy with it they ask me to make down payment to secure the flat I give them £173 and all my documents and passport then they search my credit with wrong name and wrong spelling then come back that I have ccj on my record I contactedthe courts and checked all my credit report all come back clear and I have a really good credit score I went back to R A BENNETT try to explain and give them my passport they didn't want to know and they told me in unmanered way we will not refund your deposit and we will not search your credit under my correct name still working on it to take them to court for fraud and scam.....

Absolutely shocking experience and I'm not even a customer, this company ring me repeatedly and have done for weeks despite being advised that they have the wrong number. They have given out private information about their client even after being told they've rung a wrong number. I dread to think what it's like to be an actual client. I can only think the Worcester branch is an office full of people who can't read or operate a simple computer. Good luck selling your house if you use these clowns

worst experience ever i had .Dont believe the letting negotiators word they are lying , different negotiators are telling different things , they have no policies basically they only focus on how to lute money from customer pockets, according to their mood they will charge different amounts They are charging more rent in stratford than other letting agents and giving poor service including property maintaince, if anybody occupying their property should notice and take photographs of any damage or colour change before inn,when we are moving TDS complaint they will provide manipulated invoice so be careful , They are charging more reletting fees than other letting agents not at all recommended

GoogleLet down and misled when invoiced. During our initial valuation we were asked to pay £149 up front for photographs, I was unhappy with this but was told it would be refunded on completion if I used their legal services. The legal services department were unprofessional and didn't return my calls. The female estate agent even had the quote me as I or her couldn't get any responses from the legal team direct. I was forced to use my own solicitor. I was then penalised by no refund. Unfortunately this has become a bad experience and therefore can not be recommended this estate agent to other vendors. * I emailed the head office who again refused my refund. It was said that I could appeal but they can not pass comments or take into account the unprofessional services from their recommended conveyancing solicitors. Frankly I'm disguised, if R A BENNETT recommend legal services they should take responsibility when a vendor is offered unprofessional service and not penalise them. I therefore stand by my one star rating as unsatisfactory. Vendors beware and shop around for professional services from both your estate agent and solicitor. To accept no responsibility for companies recommendations I would suggest as shocking to most vendors and members of the public, especially as part of your conveyancing package. I still believe that your company has a duty of care to offer and ensure professional services they recommend to their clients. (12th June 2018) * Thank you for your response but I still I believe, and I'm sure other vendors will agree with my last paragraph above. For the cost of £149 you still have an unsatisfied customer through not fault of my own. Be professional and accept some responsibility.

They use very shady business practises. They tell local builders how much you have offered so that they offer higher. the builders will then do the place up then sell it back through them and they can get more commission. Very dirty practises I would avoid.

We're just in the process of changing over tenants and the whole process from marketing to inspection of the property and making arrangements with the new tenants has been seamless. The team at Stratford Upon Avon went above and beyond all expectations. Although acting for their own client, they tried their very best to help push my own private sale through. I would not hesitate to recommend them and believe they are above average estate agents.
