Please could you explain the reasons behind your rating? We have not had dealings with yourself for over 8 months and feel that we provided an excellent service during the time of your purchase. Your review is therefore very surprising and disappointing.

It is extremely disappointing to find your one star review as we had to cancel a viewing. The reason for having to cancel your viewing was out of our control as the property was Sold STC and subsequently exchanged contacts and completed. Please also note that you were advised this situation could occur when booking your appointment and your viewing was cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. It would therefore be appreciated if you would remove your review given the negative impact on our business rating.
