TrustpilotPlease clarify the validity of cash…
Please clarify the validity of cash offers when presenting them to a client. I inadvertently accepted what I thought was an offer from a cash buyer who actually needed finance, this was very stressful and disappointing and happened twice. Sold signs are added too prematurely in the process.

We have our property on the market with the Chester le Street branch. Early days but this branch seems understaffed and lethargic. I wish we'd gone with a more pro-active agent who would market it more aggressively and communicate better. It's like pulling teeth with them. Hard work.

A protracted sale (through no fault of Robinsons) Staff were supportive and in touch with the buyer in order to speed things up. We were happy with their work and had a successful sale. Would use them again if the opportunity arose.
