TrustpilotNot worthy even of one star
Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.

Matt the adviser was very professional at all times, he clearly knew his products and found me the best deal that was available. Between him and his assistant Sam they dealt with everything for us and kept us fully informed all the way through. I cannot thank them enough for making this process easy and would highly recommend

TrustpilotGreat experience, very impressed!
Great experience with Reeds Rains in St Helens. Very professional from the first meeting to the end. They were very responsive and helpful on a number of issues that came up with our sale/purchase. Jordan in particular worked hard to push the sale through, keeping in regular contact. Very impressed!

I recently purchased property marketed by Reeds Rains and I'm especially pleased with the service provided by Sofia Shahbaz @ Reeds Rains in Salford Quays. She's a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, responsive and thorough in her work from start till completion. If I'm to sell or let property in the future, Sofia would undoubtedly be my first port of call.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Outstanding service, very punctual and extremely helpful when we came to purchase any property we enquired about. In one day our house was visited, photographed and advertised via their we site. We even recieved offers and multiple viewings on the first day of selling process and this continued throughout.Would definitively recommend.

GoogleNot great told us repairs had been taken car off but they lied
Firstly, I would like to apologise if you feel the service you have received has been unsatisfactory, I have located the property to which your comments refer to. I can see the works had been agreed with the landlord to take place as they manage this property directly & they also advised us works were complete. I can see you have since been in touch with the landlord directly to resolve, If there is however, anything further you wish to discuss, please do contact me directly on jenny.gledhill@reedsrains.co.uk and I will be happy to help. Many Thanks, Jenny Gledhill
