TrustpilotVery poor customer service
Very poor customer service, terrible communication. When this was raised with them, it was completely ignored. Will deal with the other agent on this sale.

Excellent service by Niamh Titterington! Following a couple of months of searching for the right rental property, I have come into contact with Niamh a few times now. Each time she has been friendly and accommodating, even staying late to ensure I was able to view a property I liked. Very much appreciated.

TrustpilotCommitted to service delivery 5*****
Thanks to ReedsRains letting Agents in Chorley, Leyland and especially BamberBridge I have enjoyed exceptional standards of service with the management of my portfolio and at this time would like to give particular mention to Katie Bonar who has seamlessly continued to maintain such high standards since taking over from her predecessor at that office

TrustpilotReeds Rains
Reeds Rains - St Helens, Staff were incredible. Even though I didn't buy my first home through Reeds Rains they were still able to help me find the best mortgage out there. They even beat a deal I had been quoted from own bank who I've been with for the last 14 years. Couldn't be happier 🤗

This was our first experience of Reeds Rains and Dawn in the Burnley branch was fantastic. Great comms and really helpful. She made the process of purchasing our first buy-to-let investment a lot easier. We intend to use their tenant find service as we know we’ll get good service. Thank you!

They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.

TrustpilotReeds Rains York
Reeds Rains, York have just sold a property on our behalf going through an incredibly difficult solicitor. The many staff I spoke to were excellent but in particular Ms Annie Sutton who went above and beyond the call of duty to bring the sale to a positive conclusion. I cannot recommend them highly enough

TrustpilotGreat service
Currently looking for a house to rent in the Didsbury area and Reeds Rains have been amazing. There are literally no rental places available at the minute and the team has been trying hard to find something that fits my budget and requirements. Hopefully, I will find something soon with Reeds Rains

GoogleSimilar to others, there is a poor level of communication with calls not returned and maintenance issues ignored - even broken radiators in winter! Also, they faked my signature on our check-in form, of course there is "no evidence" for this, other than the fact it is not my signature! Being in communication with our landlord it appears that they have had a similar experience too.

GoogleAlways helpful, kind and courteous. The people in the office can't do enough for you. They've given me loads of help with any issues that I've had as a Landlord.

TrustpilotExcellent Service
I have recently purchased my first property through Reeds Rains. The experience was extremely positive and as a first time buyer they assisted me through the process. Alison and Becky at Bamber Bridge Branch assisted me with my purchase and I cannot thank them enough as I am now in my dream first home.

TrustpilotSue from Reeds Rains Macclesfield is a star.
I honestly feel that if I hadn’t had the help from Sue at Reeds Rains Macclesfield then the purchase of my property would never have gone through. They are all so helpful and friendly at the office and always try and sort out any issues we had. Can’t thank them enough. Definitely recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
