We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks. TrustpilotSharp practice or simply clowns?
Tried to sell my house through the Woodseats (Sheffield) branch. They gave me a high valuation. Then, they didn't show it to a single person and blamed it on the high valuation. A deliberate ploy to get the marketing fees etc? I reckon so.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
