I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire. She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. The whole way through she has put me at ease and answered my million and one questions. I would not hesitate to recommend pattinsons alnwick to any one in the future.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Can't recommend highly enough. After months of having our house on the market with one of the online companies we contacted Pattinsons. Mark Austins came out to do our valuation. He's friendly, honest and gives you confidence in what Pattinsons are able to do for you. I just felt straight away like we could trust him and i wasn't wrong. Within a month we had a couple of viewings, one of which led to the sale of our home.
Through the selling process our main contact at the office has been Lisa Armstrong. Not sure at times what I would have done without her, shes been as much as a therapist as an estate agent. Again being friendly and giving you confidence that your sale is in good hands.
On several occasions when i phoned the Durham branch I've also spoken to Scott Latimer and David Gleason who have also both been fantastic. All round they have an amazing team in Durham and we couldn't have asked more from them. Thanks guys :-)

It is company policy for all buyers to be financially verified prior to viewing a property, this is even more important at the moment as we are in a national lockdown and although house moves are still able to take place, we need to ensure that the buyers we are sending into peoples homes are in a position to proceed with a purchase. I assure you that all of the sellers of the properties you requested to view were advised of your viewing request and they made the decision to decline your viewings, which you have been advised of.
