As a first time buyer, I was nervous to begin this process and had no idea how to start ect. Graham Nisbet from the Blyth branch and his lovely colleagues have been absolutely amazing during the whole process. Without Graham I probably would have been completely lost with understanding all of the steps of buying a property so I honestly can not thank him enough for all of his hard work!

We recently used the Pattinsons Durham Team to market our property and found them to be highly professional throughout the process. We achieved a very successful sale which was due in no small measure to the efforts put in by the team, who were all able to deal with our sale in a seamless manner. Our sale was due to a family bereavement and the team were very empathetic and considerate in this respect which we appreciated very much, particularly when we had an offer withdrawal at one point in the process, as they were supportive and put things into perspective. Success soon followed as they said it would, so it is with grateful thanks that we’re happy to award Pattinsons Durham Team the five stars which certainly reflects our experience.

I left a review on here on the 24th April about the poor service I received when selling my mums house. My review had a very apologetic response saying that they would look into matters for me. I as contacted by someone who asked for details, which I responded to immediately. Ive chased this up since, with no response or acknowledgement at all.No point saying you are going to do something - to look good - for all those out there thinking about using your services. Please avoid this company. Maybe this time you'll take my complaint seriously.

Absolutely unless to anyone to try renting they need 6 months rent in advance every 6 month if you don’t have a guarantor.
