I would definately recommend using Pattinsons Estate Agents in Whitley Bay. We have found the girls in Whitley Bay, Helen, Sharon Louise and all very helpful and knowledgeable, They have recently sold our house for us and we are delighted with service we have received from them, they are very efficient and keep you well informed. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Pattinson South Shields (Keith, Emily, Lucy, and Maria) provided an excellent service. They were always professional, communicative, and friendly. I would 100% recommend them, but if were to do it again, I would use a South Shields based solicitor, and not the suggested solicitor in Sunderland. However, this does not take anything away from the excellent service provided by Pattinson South Shields.

Excellent team at Pattinsons Gosforth branch espeacilly Kerri, they helped out with forms and scanning documents that were time sensitve even down to using their own phones when scanner played up, The Gosforth office based team are ahead of their game,friendly and genuine I would highly recomend that outlying offices look to them as an example to raise their own bar accordingly,

Very very poor on the rental side, don't return calls or emails, rude and unprofessional staff, clearly lack basic training. They seemed to have a very flimsy grasp of property law
