Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

We are relocating from the South East to the North Shields area and the whole process of viewing and finding properties has been quite stressful. I’ve been dealing with 4 other agents but Pattinson’s North Shields have been nothing but accommodating and helpful arranging last minute viewings and sending things through quickly. I’ve dealt with both Adam and Ruth and they have made things easy. Totally recommend

Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

Extremely poor service with my rental property. They have handed over an uncleaned property and upon asking saying I have not opted for a clean property. The car parking entry key has not been given with an excuse they not sure where the fob is! Not at all happy with the service.
