Was brilliant until the after sales. Do not use the recommended solicitor. The recommended solicitor is very poor customer service.

I had a really good experience with Pattinson's in gosforth. They were very helpful throughout the process of moving and were able to find all the answers to my questions. They also managed to organise for me to be called by the tenant shop for me to organise my bills.

GoogleHad a great experience with Pattinsons. I'd tried to rent my property for a while and Lisa worked extremely hard and we finally got it sorted out last week. I can't thank her enough for working so hard to do this. She was always at the end of the phone and she never gave up. Thanks again, much appreciated.

Have been contacting this company for repairs for a month now and they keep sending people to look at the property but not doing any repairs. The customer service are rude and just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible.

TrustpilotPattinson North Shields Adam Stewart
I have dealt extensively with Adam Stewart from Pattinson North Shields, and in spite of my numerous demands on both his time and patience, Mr Stewart has at all times behaved himself with the utmost decorum and professionalism. He is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to his agency; highly recommended.
