TrustpilotGreat service - Jarrow branch
Great service from the Jarrow branch. Viewed a house and fully moved in all within 2 weeks. The staff were really efficient in organising all the appropriate paperwork and ensuring it was completed ASAP from all parties. I found all of the staff very pleasant and helpful, being in regular contact with them throughout the process ment we had a smooth transition into our lovely new home- just weeks before Christmas! Would definitely recommend, thanks so much

TrustpilotMultiple undisclosed issues
Taken me a while to write this but here it goes: we asked various questions regarding our rented property. Such as mould, plumbing, heating, which we were told there were no issues within the property etc. Having mould develope in multiple rooms, broken heating which cant be monitored/set etc. No water pressure in the kitchen(not disclosed). We were told by landlord to "bugger off if we dont like the property", letting agency has been NO HELP. I will be writing to my local MP and citizens advice as this has become a dangerous property to live in.

TrustpilotAdequate but costly service, but avoid their recommendation of a solicitor
I used the Forest Hall branch of this company. Whilst Joanne provided an adequate service, there was very little follow up after the buyer for my home had been secured and in the end, I did most of the communication between the various parties for my sale and purchase. As for value for money, I am truly appalled at the amount I paid for someone to view my home, take photos of it, put it on Rightmove and basically wait for people to respond to the advert. There are no specialist skills required to do this job, and sellers undertake their own viewings with prospective buyers. How this justifies £1,500 + VAT = £1,800 I just don't know. However, what concerns me most about this estate agency is its recommendation of the services of a solicitor. Taking up their recommendation was a huge mistake. The company I was allocated to deal with me, RAW Clark, charged exorbitant fees and costs for items such as 'file storage' of £40+VAT for both sale and purchase. This is what they are supposed to do with your information, not charge you for it! What really upset me, though, was the fee for searches of £426, when my son moved to the same estate last year and his solicitor charged £230 for all of the searches. When I delved further, RAW Clark wouldn't disclose the name of the company to whom they subcontracted this service and their explanation that this particular company provides a 'premium' service for searches and hence the high cost, is just not true. There aren't grades of service for searches. When I challenged both RAW Clark and Pattinsons about these issues, their responses were defensive, unwilling to accept any criticism of what was being offered and hugely disrespectful. Please, therefore, be aware that there are estate agents which offer a better level of service at lower fees and DO NOT take up Pattinson's recommendation of a solicitor. Find your own and thoroughly check out the fees for all of the services that they will be carrying out for you. I secured a solicitor at two-thirds of the price of RAW Clark.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Can't recommend highly enough. After months of having our house on the market with one of the online companies we contacted Pattinsons. Mark Austins came out to do our valuation. He's friendly, honest and gives you confidence in what Pattinsons are able to do for you. I just felt straight away like we could trust him and i wasn't wrong. Within a month we had a couple of viewings, one of which led to the sale of our home. Through the selling process our main contact at the office has been Lisa Armstrong. Not sure at times what I would have done without her, shes been as much as a therapist as an estate agent. Again being friendly and giving you confidence that your sale is in good hands. On several occasions when i phoned the Durham branch I've also spoken to Scott Latimer and David Gleason who have also both been fantastic. All round they have an amazing team in Durham and we couldn't have asked more from them. Thanks guys :-)

TrustpilotA great experience
My experience with all the members of the team at Pattinson's could not have been more positive. After having very bad experiences with Estate Agents for a few years trying to sell my property I decided to go down the Auction side of things. After finding Pattinson's on the inter net I called them to see how it all worked and whether it was the right path to take. They were so helpful and no question was to much. All the staff have been very professional and empathetic with my situation. Yesterday I had the much awaited news after months of my maisonette going to Auction that it had been sold. I can not thank everyone at Pattinson's enough. I would definitely recommend them. #startlivinglifeagain

I can honestly say we transfered from another estate agent who over a period of a month had 2 viewings and one of them was through family. We transfered across to pattisons and joanne has had numerious people across the door and has given us feed back straight away. Always open to suggestions and an asset to the company. It is also worth mentioning that the full team were also helpfull and would recomend them as well. We will use again.

TrustpilotMade to feel like family!!
Exceptional service from the Whickham branch. Whilst looking for a rental property, I spoke with the manager, Lyndsay, who went above any beyond what I have come to expect from the usual estate agents. This branch sourced a number of properties for me and allowed viewings that were way out of usual viewing times. Even at very short notice. I was really made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Could not recommend the Whickham branch highly enough. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since moving from London to the North East five years ago we have used the services of the girls at Pattinsons, Blyth for the purchase/ sale of 8 properties and tenant finds for a further 12. Louise, Terri and Angela, under the stewardship of Linda, have brought all these transactions to a favourable conclusion in a most professional and business like manner. We cannot thank them enough for their kind and helpful assistance and we shall certainly be using the services of this ‘A Team’ in the future.Bill and Debbie Dunn

TrustpilotFirst class!!
I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire. She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. The whole way through she has put me at ease and answered my million and one questions. I would not hesitate to recommend pattinsons alnwick to any one in the future.

I have just sold a house through the Washington office in the Galleries and was all made very simple- Carly handled the bulk of it as I was away abroad at the time. I would definetly recommend using Keih Pattinson as it will be my first port of call when the next sale comes along.

TrustpilotAbove and beyond
Pattinsons are assisting with renting out my property, and I can only say good things about the communication and application of the team in arranging that.In particular I asked for additional assistance and correspondence to help organising additional requirements for my personal remortgage.Eloise in particular has been sparkling in providing what I needed with alacrity and efficiency. I can't thank her and the team enough for pitching in.
