Overall my experience with Moovd has been excellent, from the very first meeting right through until completion Grant and his team remained professional and efficient. The website details and photographs for my sale were first class, I’m sure the efforts that Moovd made were a big contributor to the final sale that we achieved. During a very difficult period of time when my buyers solicitors were slightly holding up the purchase, Grant kept in touch with regular updates and little chats to keep us informed of events and reassurance that everything was in hand would be OK. I have no hesitation in recommending Moovd to anyone who is thinking of selling their home, they have been friendly, helpful and totally deserve the 5 star rating I have given them.

I cannot recommend Grant and Moovd highly enough. My initial enquiry was dealt with really quickly and advice given that was about my needs, with no pressure, rather than a commercial focus. I was actually overseas at the time and Grant took care of everything without any fuss or hassle, keeping me in the loop of what was happening. House sold within days but through no fault of Grant's the house went back on the market. Grant was very reassuring and gave great advice about taking this step and worked hard to get potential buyers viewing again. 5 viewings, 4 offers - having people view your house is great, but Grant seems to match people to houses very well ! Sale agreed in 4 days and again great advice on moving forward and he's still working hard to manage the sale rather than it's sold now so that's the job done. Really cannot thank Grant enough for working so tirelessly for me and never making me feel like I'm a pain with anything I ask. 5* Plus ! Where do start... After originally having my property up for sale with another estate agents and having very little contact or interest with them, Grant came to the rescue! Within a couple of days of the property being on the market with Moovd interest began rolling in! Despite being in lockdown Grant continued to keep the interest high and our property sold shortly after.
