Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

I had a viewing booked and confirmed in writing by email two days in advance. I attended the property at the agreed time, only to find that no agent showed up. When I called to ask where they were, I was told they hadn’t come because I “hadn’t confirmed again on the day” and that they had left me a voicemail that morning. This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed appointment in writing should be honoured, especially when I had already confirmed both by phone and email. Expecting buyers to reconfirm on the day, and then failing to attend when they don’t, is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. If this is how they treat prospective buyers, I would be very concerned about entrusting them to handle the sale of my property. Their disorganisation and amateur approach risk leaving both buyers and sellers frustrated and poorly served.

Buying through Grant Lowes was an excellent experience. We are over 80, disabled, not very good at internet, live in Cy Grant made an almost impossible task straight forward. The whole deal was settled in 21 days. The service was excellent from the detailed accurate description on the internet to extremely helpful and flexible approach. Grant was always available and answered all questions supplied all data and answered all queries accurately by return of mail / call. He quickly accommodated all requests for access for survey etc. He handled all the sellers queries and provided exception service allowing the very rapid and painless completion of sale in 21 days. I don't normally leave reviews as my level of expectation of 'service' is sadly and rarely met. (I am aged 60+yrs , worked for big corporates and run my own business so understand the importance and quality of service). From the start to the end of the transaction, Grant at Moovd, was excellent. He explained the process of sale by online Auction clearly and patiently answered all my questions both prior to commencement and throughout the process - and I had a great deal of questions because I like to be precise! Grant was never phased by this, was always polite and professional as well as realistic in conversations and discussing expectations. The associated Solicitors were also polite, helpful and friendly! Ultimately Grant /Moovd and the Solicitors delivered exactly what was ("on the tin") promised! I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend you speak with them if you are considering selling your property.

A new company but with a wealth of experience. Grant was fantastic from the get go, from the first minute it felt like a completely personel service which my wife and I appreciated. Honest, fair and no task was too much. Our property had viewings before it even went live, the photos taken of the property were remarkable and once live we had 6 viewings the same day with 3 offers, if it wasn’t for the bank holiday it would of been sold subject to contract in 24 hours. He also provided good advice and help on offering on my new property. Couldn’t recommend more. Already sent a friend his way to sell and will be sending another friend in the coming months who are to sell also. It’s a shame I’m not on commission, but I have trust they will receive the same service as myself.
