Constructive criticism is welcome from clients, as an inherited tenant part way through a tenancy, please understand a new relationship was being formed with your landlord and we have to have authority for any works. As your tenancy ended in 2018 and we had limited interaction with you. Perhaps you could provide some details of you complaint to give us a chance to respond.
