GoogleBradley Hall did an excellent job in marketing our property. From the beginning of the process, they were insightful and explained everything to us. Unlike some other firms, they had undertaken research into the local area, and had sold some of the higher end properties in the nearby streets. It also helped that our initial contact was with a chartered surveyor who knew about pricing houses. The rest of the marketing and sales process went smoothly, and the team were always on hand to answer any questions and advise us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend BH.

GoogleOur house move was not plain sailing, with people withdrawing at the top and bottom of the chain. Lauren in the Durham office worked very hard to deal with some very tricky situations and people - very patient, cheerful and determined to make the sale go through. She kept us informed at every stage and did her best to keep communication going up and down the chain. I would recommend this company and Lauren in particular.

Arranged a viewing on a property and when we arrived the buyer didn’t know anything about the viewing and the property had already sold. Bradley Hall did not contact me to cancel the viewing. Poor customer service and as such will be avoiding any properties on the market with Bradley Hall! Wasted two hours of my time travelling for this viewing.

GoogleWe would thoroughly recommend Bradley Hall. They sold our house in autumn 2020. Every aspect of the service was excellent: good professional advice in the first visit and thereafter; excellent photography, plans and web presence; and, particularly, the day-to-day communication and follow-up by Lauren in the Durham office was first class. Her regular contact and liaison with all parties involved at each stage kept things moving along and enabled us to move within 3 months from advertising, even with the background of the pandemic.
