If I could score less than one star I would. I called about a property, turns out it was false advertising and a scam and illegally listed. The lady on the phone was rude and condescending, she didn't listen to anything I said and kept repeating the same questions, she couldn't get her facts right and then she had a hissy fit and hung up on me. If they treat all their customers like this they will be out of business in a week. They definitely don't know GDPR law, they may end up in prison with a £18 million pounds fine

GoogleTaylor’s Dunstable sold our house efficiently and professionally, we also brought our new home from them too, Veiwings were lead really well and Adam who did this has a great professional manner, Matthew organised our mortgage for us and lead us through the steps being the first time we had brought and sold a property. Clive was an absolute diamond for us as we did have a few drawn out issues with the house we were buying and solicitors not really keeping us up to speed with the sale (countrywide conveyancing), Clive answered and chased all our issues and explained things in a understandable way rather than jargon. Dunstable Taylor’s as a whole I feel did a great job for us many thanks guys

TrustpilotIrresponsible and cheating Taylors Letting Bradley Stroke
I had a nightmare experience with Taylors Lettings Bradley Stroke branch the past 7 months.Taylors letting agents - Daniel Roberts haven’t bare his responsibility to discuss with my tenants about the moving out date and procedure, finally the tenants return us a poor condition property to us even we did an inventory report at the beginning which presented was totally clean and tidy. In the process, we show all the photos evidence but Taylors don’t deal with this, just ask us to communicate with the tenants by ourselves, finally we can’t come up a result. I have a question why I have to pay money to do that inventory report at the beginning ???So the tenants rised a dispute to MyDeposit (is a private company, not under government deposit system). We submitted all the photos evidence and the invoices which paid money to cleaning company resume the property clean. Taylors - Paul Maxshall (Deposit manager) said that will need about 3th month time for the result and I will get an email from MyDeposit of the result and I can say of the results. But finally I got no summary report even nor email from MyDeposit of the deposit issue. In between actually I was very hard can reached Paul and his team on phone and his reply email… so they just ignored me and the file closed by silence. So I tried to communicate with MyDeposit but unfortunately again, Taylors signed in itself as the registered person even I the landlord, I can’t ask the details and process of the issue. MyDeposit told me to ask Taylors to put me into but Taylors just keep ignored! I felt really frustrated, it was wasting my time to follow the case with no way and extremely bad experience to deal with Taylors and I can’t even get back the claim money I should have.Taylors Bradley Stoke is not responsible and a liar!!!

GoogleWe’re currently going through the process of purchasing a house through Taylor’s and couldn’t recommend them more! Kayleigh showed us around all the properties we requested and also extra properties that fit our criteria, she’s professional, friendly and so informative. I also met some more of the team in their office and they’re all as equally professional and friendly. They’ve guided and helped us throughout this process and I couldn’t recommend them more! We’ve also had Matt help organise our mortgage for us from Country wide mortgages (based in Taylor’s Dunstable office) and he couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to get our mortgage offer in place. If we ever needed an estate agent in the future it would be Taylor’s all day long! Thank you!

I deeply regret not reviewing this agent before signing with them. There has been very little demonstration of care and consideration, especially towards the tenants. Despite moving into a home with clear issues such as faulty appliances, mold, and a non-functional boiler, the agent claimed helplessness and instructed me to resolve these concerns by reading the online manual myself. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has left me feeling utterly disappointed with the overall service provided. prospective tenants, beware.

Always happy to answer and queries or questions we have and are very keen to sell our house. Hands down, best estate agents in Dunstable. Back in 2020- My partner and I were first time buyers, Taylors was one of the many estate agents we went to when were looking for our first home. Even though we didn't hear anything for just under 1 month, Adam called me and told us he had a home for sale that would be perfect us, and he couldn't have been any more right! We viewed the house and the rest is history. Can’t thank the amazing team - Clive, Adam and Selina with the help and support of Luke and Patrick. Despite hundreds of calls I made to them asking so many questions and queries, the team always listened and answered all questions. I felt like a valued home buyer and they made it so much easier and stress free for both me and my partner. Highly recommend going to them when buying a house! Thank you so much to all 5 of you.

If I could give them zero I would. Still holding onto my Holding deposit when they promised me faithfully it would be returned by BACS within 24 hours. Poor quality - didn't know where keys were - GDPR really questionable - breaks the law

A very straightforward and professional experience to ease the stress of a home sale/purchase. Absolutely the worst estate agent I have ever used! They are only professional when they stand to get commission out of you upon renting a property. I rented a flat in watford from Feb 22 to Jan 23 & in the beginning, they bent over backwards to make sure I rented the property & kept asking me for google reviews. I dealt with Jonathan Blye initially. When my tenancy was due to come to an an end, they then became aggressive & incredibly unprofessional. It is clear that when there is no commission to be made, all humanity goes out the window!!!I was given no notice for when the property was put back on the market. Jonathan claimed he had spoken to me to advise me of the updates & and viewings, but he definitely had not. As he then realised he made a mistake, instead of saying sorry - he then went on to verbally abuse & patronise me because the times he had organised without my consent for viewings did not suit. I complained to head office after he put the phone down on me & was verbally abusive to the point I was left in tears. Head office did nothing & refused to take the matter further. I was simply told that they would deal with it in house which in other words means, they will do nothing!Saqab Rafiq then took over the viewings who was just as bad! He arranged viewings with possible tenants & simply turned up with them at the door without notifying me whenever he felt like it! There was no 24-hour hour notice & pleaded at the door to be let in. He also informed me that he had heard the conversation between me & Jonathan & told him it was wrong but that I would never receive an apology. The deposit was the final nail in the coffin as they held onto it unnecessarily. I waited the contractual 10 days after I left the property early to help them out and heard nothing! I had to hound them via email on numerous occasions. They blamed the landlord for the delay, which was a complete lie as i had to contact her myself for proof. I then received it 28 days after I had left the property. They are a bunch of budget cowboys, to say the least, and they need shutting down! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OR COMPANY!!!!!

Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.
