My experience with Taylor’s was extremely disappointing. I purchased an apartment marketed by them, and when I received the keys, the property was in a completely different condition from what I had viewed months earlier. It was dirty, damaged and left in an unacceptable state, and items mentioned on the list were missing. I contacted Taylor’s and even provided a video showing the condition of the property, but I felt that my concerns were treated with very little care or urgency. What disappointed me most was the apparent lack of responsibility and customer care. It felt like once the sale was completed, their job was done and the customer no longer mattered. Buying a property is a major financial commitment, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and communication. I have kept the emails, photographs and video evidence documenting everything. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Taylor’s. Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top. They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away. Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.

Me and my partner are first time buyers, we spoke to Nicholas the mortgage advisor and we could not have asked for anyone better! We knew minimal information about mortgages before meeting Nich, but Nicholas has been an absolute gem helping us find the best that suits us and our situation. Nicholas is always in contact with myself and my partner if we need any support or need updates on anything. I would seriously highly recommend him to anyone! I also recommend Taylors as a whole, they are such a lovely and friendly team and always available for advice or any questions you may have.

Kayleigh has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process so far. She is a super lovely and friendly agent, always welcoming and professional. Beware everyone. I had a very disappointing experience with Taylors Dunstable. The entire process has been fraught with issues and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Just to let you know that we are over 2 months through the process and I have not had a single email response from them. 1. **Lack of Communication:** Throughout the process, communication has been extremely poor. My calls and emails are being ignored, and I am having to follow up multiple times to get any response. 2. **Inaccurate Information:** There were multiple instances where the information provided about the sale progress has been incorrect or misleading. Overall, my experience in dealing with Clive/Luke/Matt has been extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell property. They need to significantly improve their communication, professionalism, and overall service to meet the basic expectations of their clients. It is all talk and no action unfortunately.

Taylors Dunstable…

Used Taylors to sell my late mothers property. Buyer was found reasonably quickly but from then on i had issues. 1. After Taylors had shown potential buyers round, on visiting the property i found smelly stagnant urine in a toilet! 2. The buyers solicitor was extremely slow holding the sale up. I asked the manager of Taylors to chase them up and he said "can't you?". What the hell am I paying Taylors for? 3. Bearing in mind I was only selling, why was a charged a money laundering fee? That is a joke! They just want to take your money and do nothing for it. I won't use Taylors again.

Very very poor

Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.
