Googlemy partner and I are first time buyers, Taylors was one of the many estate agents we went to when were looking for our first home. Even though we didn't hear anything for just under 1 month, Adam called me and told us he had a home for sale that would be perfect us, and he couldn't have been any more right! We viewed the house and the rest is history. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks and it is all thanks to Adam, Clive and Selina with the help and support of Luke and Patrick. Despite hundreds of calls I made to them asking so many questions and queries, the team always listened and answered all questions. I felt like a valued home buyer and they made it so much easier and stress free for both me and my partner. Highly recommend going to them when buying a house! Thank you so much to all 5 of you.

GoogleClive and Adam, and the rest of the team, were absolutely fabulous to work with! They helped us through all the ups and downs of buying a house, and now we have a great property! Even when everything was going wrong at one point (not Taylors' fault!), Clive had us in the office within a couple of hours to go through our options and sent us away feeling optimistic. The process was so fantastic, in fact, that my now fiancé felt so happy that he proposed to me about an hour after we picked up the keys from Taylors! So thank you guys!!

GoogleWe sold our house with Taylors and the team were very patient guiding us through quite a tough process in which we sadly lost our buyer halfway through (no fault of Taylors, it was a problem lower down the chain). The Taylors team really pulled out all of the stops to find us another buyer ASAP so that we didn’t lose our onwards purchase. Overall the process was 9 months for us start to finish, bearing in mind that Taylors only get paid once completed, we really got our moneys worth out of the Team! The whole time Luke, Clive, Adam and everyone else at the Dunstable branch that we dealt with remained calm, approachable, competent and reassuring. They also patiently put up with being on the receiving end of my frazzled rants at the more testing parts of our process, we really appreciate all that the team have done for us, and we’re so relieved we finally made it into our new home.

GoogleHaving purchased our first house through Taylors, we returned to use their services for the sale of our property. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to continue with the sale. This caused great concern and worry, we had to take our property off the market. Taylors had already arranged professional photography and carried out numerous viewings, expecting a frosty response I made the call to notify them. I was greeted with sincere professionalism and courtesy whilst explaining my predicament. To say they are the best estate agents I have dealt with would be a gross understatement. If you are looking for a property in the Dunstable area, use Taylors. The whole team are a pleasure to work with... knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. GoogleDO NOT sell your property thru taylors (Dunstable). We had a a terrible experienced with them. They rushed us in signing a contract electronically. We thought the agent has explained everything to us so we signed the contract. They encouraged us to pay for a professional photography, saying that we will get a copy of the photos, but didnt give us any. They can be rude at times. They don't answer emails and rarely return our call. We keep on asking them to give us a copy of the contract. Several months has passed, up to now, we never received a copy, not even thru email! We are awaiting confirmation that our contract with them has ended and we have given them our 14 days notice. As usual, they just ignore our email.
