FacebookWe rented a property through Daniel in Dunstable and found him to be professional and fair. We had a few issues which included leaks in kitchen and bedroom ceiling which he organised and got sorted quickly. If you are a landlord he DOES do checks and is thorough. If I was a landlord would use him and if I was a tenant again I would try and rent through him as he is a good agent.

Great service from start to finished fully let property. Thanks to Daniel and the team at Belvoir Dunstable for a slick and well managed service. I would definitely reuse the agency next time I need a tenant. Not all agencies are the same.

GoogleWe had two letting agents come around and we chose Daniel of Belvoir. We were so glad we did. He was trustworthy and reliable and has exceeded my expectations in terms of 'after-sales' customer service. He quickly fixed a blockage for my new tenants when I was away on holiday. He is professional and quickly found us a high quality tenant at a good monthly rent. He took out the hassle and is worth his fee which was also more competitive than most other agents.
