GoogleSo happy to of moved into our new home with the help of Katie, Poppy and Doug who all contributed to making our move so smooth. they were efficient in booking viewings and keeping us up to date with all the information we needed regarding our purchase! Throughout the process of selling and buying, Intercounty were very helpful. Our property was effectively marketed and we achieved a quick sale at a good price. Sarah stands out, for her prompt and effective assistance to resolve issues that cropped up late on with our purchase, and to see the process through to exchange of contracts when we needed that to happen.

TrustpilotCan’t be trusted to value property
This estate agent in Sawbo can’t value houses for toffee. Put one house on the market 5 bed at £800 and then another one exactly the same for £670.Also another 5 bed which is different on the same development for £954 on Terlings Park. Literally pulling figures out of the sky for quick sales. Useless !!

Thank you for your review Sallyanne. Having looked at our portfolio of properties for sale in Sawbridgeworth we currently have no houses for sale at £800,000, £954,000 or £670,000. Any properties we may have had for sale at these prices may have sold subject to contract. I was very pleased with the way Caroline, james and Luke from the Braintree branch manged my let.The property was presented excellently both on the internet and on the brochure.From start to finish everything was very professional and helped me to make the right choices regarding the tenants.Very well managed and helpful. TrustpilotNice people to deal but high fees.
Nice people to deal with and they were the agents who were first to find us a tenant, but the management fees are the highest percentage we have come across and we are having to chase for them to complete services offered and requested well before check in date, which is complicating matters relating to changeover of utilities.

As a landlord letting a property through this company they charge you for unnecessary services without seeking approval and then have the audacity to take the money from your rent without your agreement. They certainly do not have your best interests in mind, just how to make more money out of you and increase their own profits at your expense
